Where do I even begin? We moved into a new home and had a laundry list of DIY projects lined up, but the one that we overestimated our skills on was hanging a great room chandelier and foyer pendants in rooms with 20' ceilings. Like most people nowadays, we were on a time crunch to complete things, so I was dubious we'd get this done in time. I reached out to several electricians at once and Noah responded faster than I ever expected, and within a few messages we had an appointment setup within 2 days from my request.

Noah arrived on time and was the epitome of professionalism and extremely courteous and respectful. Knowing how much of a pain the fixtures we ordered were going to be, I offered to help as much as my laymen skills would allow. I have to say it was probably the most pleasant experience I've had with a contractor and Noah worked nonstop for 6 hours to get our fixtures installed. During the entire time he remained friendly and unwavering in his dedication to getting the job done. Not only was the service beyond 5 stars, the price was competitive and well worth the amount of effort he put into the job.

Without a doubt Day1 Electric is going to be our first call when we need an electrician again and we've already recommended them to our friends and family. You'd be a fool to not go with these guys!

Sundog Electric was fast and efficient.  They were on time and did a clean job. I would definitely recommend. I found them on Yelp and feel like they earned their good reviews!

This company is super sketchy.

The work itself was done fine, although the tech, Sam, seemed unhappy and irritated to be there. We had some light fixtures installed.

The sketchy part that is that this contractor refused to give us their W-9 after we issued payment. We are required by law to obtain a W-9 for any work over $600 from all contractors from our account to prove that we issued these funds and that the contractor received this income.

I called and emailed but they refused. Now it makes sense that they offer a 5% discount for cash-only payment (not even for checks) and refuses to give out a W-9 for any work over $600 (even though it is required by law) so they can avoid paying taxes.

It seems unfair that they charge market rate AND avoid paying taxes, swindling money from the average American.

Yup, these are the guys.  Very impressed from start to finish.  Was really worried because there are so many experts out there but they do have PHDS in calculating your bill.  Highly recommend these guys and feel very comfortable with their work.  And they stand behind their work, although I've never had a problem to call on them.

I called this company based on the previous reviews and glad I did. They were a pleasant company to do business with. Courteous, reasonable costs, they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The crew that came out to do work were on time, friendly, and respected the household by cleaning up the work area. Electric Doctor will be my first call for any electrical needs.

Chris did a fantastic job with my major kitchen remodel!  He was always on time, responsive and professional throughout the entire process.  He even gave me some tips on design layouts that I wouldn't have thought of myself.   My kitchen turned out great and passed electrical codes with a breeze.  5 stars all around!

We bought a house that needed a lot of work, so Chris and his crew were here for quite awhile.  They replaced the panel, re-wired and grounded the entire house, changed every light fixture, installed smoke detectors, and added outlets where they needed to be up to code.  Chris and Carlos did most of the work (and were fantastic), but everyone who came over did a great job.  We had several contractors involved in this project, and Slade Energy was the ONLY one who didn't go way over the quoted price, ignore the schedule, or cause damage to other parts of the house. What I appreciated most was that Chris always kept me in the loop about the project.  If they needed to re-schedule to wait for someone else to finish, he told me.  If there was going to be an additional cost (usually because I added something), he told me.  I've learned enough about contractors in the past few months to realize that's very rarely the case.  When we were finally able to move and needed relatively minor electrical work done on our old home, I didn't even bother calling around for quotes.  I didn't hesitate to hire Chris again and I would definitely recommend Slade Energy for any project, big or small.

The team was quick to respond with an in person assessment & quote. Once we finalized the scope of work, installation was scheduled quickly & went so smooth and efficient.  Love the text message telling me about the technician, where they are from and what their special interests are, make for a nice introduction. Also, they use s label maker to identify each breaker. I highly recommend them...Though it will be under new ownership, Done Heating & Plumbing should be even better.

I was able to talk to Jeff on the phone on the first call. He was able to come by the same day. He was on time, and had all the equipment with him to do the job.

Jeff showed up in a mask, thankfully, since my mother is elderly and has health complications. He installed the outlet we needed quickly and efficiently and even accommodated a last minute request with ease. He left everything clean and tidy. No cleanup needed on our part!

Given that the other local electricians either didn't show or didn't respond, we were grateful for his service and will use his services again should we need them. Thanks Jeff!

Sin Jac is wonderful! They are creative, clean and cost conscious. We live in a 1927 home and put a media system in our living room. Frank and his team designed and completed the work for a very reasonable price. So reasonable, we had enough left in the budget to buy new furniture too. That Frank had never set up multimedia before was amazing! Nine years later it continues to work with no issues.

Sin Jac also does any job, large or small from installing a ceiling fan to installing the electrical for a hot tub, to code with permits. Hope they NEVER go out of business!!

Great company!! Kind interactions! Cameron and his employees are great to work with and have handled our build from ground up. Quick and efficient. They had a two man crew at the house and I feel it helped save me a lot of money, if they needed extra parts one stayed and the other went to grab them. Keep up the great work!

I had a new microwave installed last fall. It kept blowing fuses. Another electrician that was recommended by a neighbor came to fix it. He did not fix it the first time, had to come back a second time, and I was charged for two service calls and it was still not fixed!

Then I called Tony at A&B electric and they came out to fix it. They said that it needed more power and they had to rewire it back to the circuit breaker.
They arrived right on time, were, very professional and polite, and went the extra mile to provide excellent service. While they were working in my basement, they changed the old fluorescent light bulbs for me. I had also cut an Electrical cord while I was trimming my hedges, and They spliced it and fixed it for me. It was a $50 cord and so I really appreciated it.
Then they checked out a electrical outlet in the garage it was not working. They said it was a quick fix and that they were not going to charge me for it.

When they had finished running the wire from the electrical panel, through the crawlspace, through the basement, and up to the kitchen, it looked like it had been built-in all along. They were very meticulous about the installation and it really looked great. They cleaned up well after themselves, and explain to me in detail the work that they had done.

After the A&B Team of electricians left, Tony called me to make sure that everything came out OK, and to tell me that I had a two year guarantee on all of their work, and to call them with any electrical issues that I had.

I will use A&B electric for all my electrical work in the future, but I would also recommend to always get licensed and insured electricians, rather than someone that advertises in a community paper or website. If I had called Tony At A&B in the first place I would not have had to pay for two service calls that did not resolve any of my electrical issues.

A&B did top quality work, were priced well, and were very Professional. Everyone on the team was a licensed electrician and well trained and their work reflected that.

Jon from TORQ ELECTRIC helped me with an electrical issue I was experiencing and my experience was superb.  He was super responsive via messenger and arrived on-time. He was very professional, upfront with pricing, and efficient with his time to get the job done.
Problem was solved in one trip. Very pleased about my experience. Highly recommend this company. Will hire again in the near future to help with replacing electrical outlets at my house. Thank you Jon for your prompt and superior service.

I had two electricians from Parker Electric show up right when they promised, they did great work, were courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Parker Electric and will use them the next time I next an electrician.

Had a weird thing happening where our garage GFCI outlet would trip when it rained really hard.  Called Kyle and he already knew what was happening.  Said it was likely one of the outdoor outlets that was on the same circuit.  He came out and as soon as he touched the outlet outside the garage door he noticed it was quite loose.  He opened it and one side was scorched - well, there's your problem.  He quickly replaced it, made sure it was tight and sealed.  Great job!!  Thanks again, Kyle!!

In New Year's Eve, Dec 2022, I had a room in the basement completely go out. I tripled checked all the CFI's in the house and could not figure out why that basement bedroom went out. I was at my wits end because that's my daughters room. I called The Electricians that morning and they had an open spot for noon. After an hour of investigation, Chris figured it out and replaced the intermittent outlet. I'm so thankful they had a slot open the same day I called and that day was New Year's Eve. Chris was extremely professional and very assisting to my comments and questions. I highly recommend The Electricians, they're AWESOME!!!
