I own a property management company. On a whim I had Titus take a look at some minor GFCI outlet problems at my home.
They quoted a total of $3,245 to fix the issues.
They also tried to get me to sign up for periodic maintainance for any electrical issues that might come up in the future at my house. They spent over an hour of my time working up their quotes and trying to talk me into the periodic maintenance. I finally got rid of them, but not before they glued their contact information sheet on my breaker panel while I was not looking.
A few days later I had a reputable company (Core Electric) fix all of the issues in less than two hours for a total of $274.70 including tax. Less than 9 % of what Titus quoted, and with no bogus periodic maintenance contract nonsense.
Total scam.
I have never encountered a worse electrical services contractor than Titus in my several decades in the property management business.
I was looking to get rid of the aluminum wiring in my older home, and add a 50A car charger, a bigger panel for future upgrades such as solar, and to make some improvements to the lighting and safety of my home, and after months of planning reached out to Titus and several competitors in the area. Ultimately we chose Titus due to their scale, professionalism, and willingness to work on the concerns I had about my home and existing low voltage wiring alongside the rewire I was looking to get done. Long story short, Caleb, Kole and team delivered quality work, going above and beyond and asking questions as needed to ensure they were going to deliver not just what I wanted but what I needed to futureproof my investment and remove the need for extension cords anywhere in the house. I will definitely work with this team again on future projects, and would recommend you do so as well.

Techs like Nawanjeet are hard to come by now a days, I am the owner of a plumbing company and appreciate hard working techs with good work ethics. Titus Electrical should be happy and try their hardest to keep that tech as long as they can because if he asked me for a job i would hire him in 2 seconds flat. Nawanjeet and his helper installed some lights in my basement replaced some outlets with GFCI's , ran a new outlet in my garage and one in my basement. I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I will only use titus electrical for my electrical needs in the future and constantly recommend them on review platforms as well as nextdoor.

Yup, these are the guys. Very impressed from start to finish. Was really worried because there are so many experts out there but they do have PHDS in calculating your bill. Highly recommend these guys and feel very comfortable with their work. And they stand behind their work, although I've never had a problem to call on them.
Just had my Federal Pacific panel replaced by Titus.

Kyle was on time, professional, friendly, thorough, expedient, as well as clean. I feel much safer now that I have a legit electrical panel in my place.
Marc was made it easy to schedule, they sent me a notification when the tech was en route, I paid with card at time of completion and received an email receipt.
I will use Titus again for future projects.
Titus has done 2 jobs for me in the last year and they've been great both times. Initially, Marc and Nawan helped me with the first time and Nawan came alone the second. Communication is great. They are fast and thorough.
Titus installed lighting and a wall receptacle for us. I originally went with them because their price was not only the lowest, but their availability was immediate (next-day service for first service request, same-day service for second request). My wife and I are very pleased with the work they did. They were professional, courteous, and thorough -- asking us for our preferences with positioning, etc.; cleaning up their work; and being knowledgable and patient as we worked with them to choose our recessed lighting layout. On a personal level, I was very happy to have Dakota and Nighwon in our home -- very nice guys who do great work. Marc Prinz hires great electricians, go with Titus; you won't regret it and you may even end up with new friends!
Submitted a web inquiry on a Friday, Titus called me over the weekend, and when we finally connected live on Monday morning they were able to schedule an estimate time that afternoon. By Thursday that week, the job was done!
I had them change 7 flush mount fixtures to LED can lights, and while I didn't get any other estimates, I was happy with the price, super quick communication and timeline, and their work. The guys were thorough in cleaning up afterwards, too. We have other electrical tasks in the queue so I'll definitely call Titus again when we're ready.

Marc did a great job on our basement remodel. He wired all of our electrical down there plus took care of a few other issues I had around our house. Very courteous , professional and fair! Highly recommend and would definitely use Titus again.
