Ultimate Heating And Cooling Electrician
This past Colorado snow storm my furnace would not stop blowing cold air. I called even though it was a Sunday and got to talk to their after hours technician. Rico was the most helpful tech I have ever experienced. He talked me through the process to fix my furnace over the phone and was super patient and understanding. Rico is the man! Give this guy a raise.

Save Home Heat Electrician
When I made the decision to replace my furnace and get a heat pump, I decided to start with a bid from Save Home since they have a good reputation. Chris Kellogg spent hours explaining every tiny detail of what would be done. I felt so comfortable with the presentation that I opted out of contacting other companies for bids. I feel confident that I will be happy with the work when it is done.

Blue Sky Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric Electrician
This company is completely unreliable.  I set an appointment and no one showed.  I called and they said the appointment was two days later than what I showed on my calendar although I had a confirming email saying the date I had was correct.  I didn't argue and rearranged my schedule to be home two days later.  Again no one showed.  I called again and they said someone had tried to call me to reschedule because the technicians truck was broken down.  But my phone showed I had no missed calls.  I wanted them to service my boiler because they had installed it (at a cost of over $20,000) several years earlier.  I remember now that the installation ran way behind schedule and was over budget.  I will not deal with this company again.

Cooper Heating & Cooling Electrician
We asked for an estimate through COSTCO and as Cooper is their installer they sent Jason Smith.  He was very thorough, polite, measured the house, calculated his estimate and explained it to us.  He answered all questions and offered good additional information.
We have not yet chosen Cooper as their / COSTCO estimate was considerably higher than other contractors even with rebates and a costco gift card.  If we take their estimate, I will have been well informed prior to the work based on Jason's visit. This may be the one time COSTCO is overpriced with their products and services. Jason gets 5 stars, Cooper / COSTCO gets the 4 stars.

Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
I was so pleased with my service and pricing for a toilet to be installed.  The installer, Chris Creach, was professional, timely, efficient, and a real joy to get to know.  I would be happy to call Tipping Hat in the future for any needs.  I would absolutely request that Chris do the job.  Hands down.

Plumbline Services Electrician
Price gougers. The quotes I've received from Plumbline for various areas of my house have been more than double what other plumbers charge. I'm often happy to pay more for someone who's more knowledgeable but, for example, the first time I called Plumbline to inspect our water pressure issues several months ago, they said nothings wrong and left it at that.  However, he wanted to charge me $1,050 to replace two ball valves ($650 for the first one and $400 for the second) which I instead paid another plumber $450 to do (who ALSO fixed our water pressure!)

The people who have come to our house seem like fine people and are always respectful but, at least the first person, seemed more interested in selling us insanely expensive repairs than fixing our problem.

Fix-it 24/7 Electrician
THIS CONTRACTOR INTENTIONALLY SCAMS ELDERLY PEOPLE! They came out to look at my mother's HVAC unit, and instead of addressing the (minor) problem, they suggested installing a cheap 'electrostatic' furnace filter (IAQ Ranger)... for $1946! This is a $100 part at most (and was probably a 'leftover' when COVID scared people into installing them), and took less than 15 minutes to install. The technician (Eric) made it sound like she needed it to preserve the fan motor, which is silly. THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST, AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNEDUCATED CONSUMERS. [Edit: It looks like they also signed her up for 'monthly' service, which she never agreed to]

AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric Electrician
0 STARS. I'm not going to write out a big long story about how bad these guys suck...They are terrible all the way around. Got an estimate for a new boiler pump...minimum to repair $1470. THANKFULLY they couldn't make it to the scheduled repair appointment because the job was going to take all day so i hired a local company to come fix it. They did the same job for $400 and it took 2 hours. This company is a JOKE! Rude rude rude rude receptionists.
