Bob has been working on my home for several months. He has been great to have around, as he is often willing to help me with projects I can't quite do on my own. To date, Bob has fixed outlets, framed out a door, patched drywall, installed flat disc LED lights, moved cabinets, taken out built-in bookshelves, tightened banisters... the list goes on. His pricing is straight forward and Bob will communicate any delays or decisions points as they come up. Highly recommend booking him for your next project!

Absolutely recommend Dehn. He's done a number of projects for us over the years. He's very thoughtful and thorough and we've been very happy with all the final products. He's communicative, prompt, and gives us all the information upfront to help make the decision (materials needed, pricing, etc). He's also genuinely a nice, friendly person and we always enjoy having him in our home.

Prepare to be GOUGED in a major way. Workmanship is shoddy and customer service stinks. They were good many years ago and I used them all the time. The last several years they've been horrible. Last time, they installed $450 worth of parts, spent 2 hours working, and charged $1500. The repair failed and someone else had to come back to fix the shoddy work. I'll never use them again. Horrible, horrible company.

In 2015, I was planning to put in a new furnace and get AC for the first time.  I was at Costco where I learned of Cooper.  Costco had taken a few years and lots of time to find a company behind whom they could put their support, and that was Cooper.

From the time the salesperson came to give me a quote, through installation, and maintenance (check ups) since then, not to mention calling on them for a plumbing problem in March of this year, they have been outstanding professionals.  The entire HVAC system was installed in May 2015.  I received a discount from them, a 2% return on my purchases through Costco, and a rebate from Xcel.  

It gives me such peace of mind to know I have a company I can trust for my heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.  I highly recommend Cooper for all of their services.

We had trouble turning on Our evaporative cooler and called Tipping Hat to come out.  Even though they were booked on the Saturday of our call, Tipping Hat worked us in!  Brandon was our serviceman and he was excellent and saved the day!  He quickly assessed the problem (our error), and got us up and running in no time.
    We've always used Tipping Hat for plumbing services- they are wonderful!

Had previously used them for a furnace repair and was satisfied. However this time used them for a water heater replacement and felt the price was ridiculous.  Technician said he could not replace the water heater without the drywall being replaced in the area. He called his friend with Flood Pros who completely ripped me off leading me to believe he would replace the drywall when in fact he just ripped it out and put blowers on it for two days and charged $1000.  I would recommend staying away from both of these companies.

This company is sucks. They gave me a time window of 1pm to 5pm. I called them at 4:40 to find out the status. They called back at 4:40 saying they weren't going to make it. No apology or nothing. They dont add up to all their great reviews.

We canceled before they ever came out. First appointment was rescheduled by them. Second one they called when they were supposed to be there (1st slot of the day) and said they'd be here in 30 minutes. They were still late. We called to cancel and they didn't even question it. Clearly they don't care about doing business with us.

We had an emergency water pipe problem.  Dave Godfrey was the technician responding to our call.  Dave was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.  He knew we were distressed about our water leak.  He reassured us he could fix the problem quickly and reasonably priced. He began work immediately.  We were so impressed with his work! Thank you again Dave for your hard work! Plumbline was exceptional! Thank you!
