This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever had the displeasure of working work.

Their technician (Ross) was showed up hours outside of the time frame he provided without any notification, was extremely rude, blatantly over charged me and failed to fix my air condition unit. I was told repeatedly by their operations manager (Brenda) and one of the owners that they would follow up with a resolution, weeks went by with no response from either despite numerous follow up calls by me. When I finally spoke to the owner she was also rude and condescending.

Bottom line, this company is sun by owners that have no regard for their customers, their staff lack basic communication skills and they will overcharge you with no remorse.

Easy, effortless and efficient. Felix and Doug did an amazing job hanging our 2 very large art pieces. They verified the height and overall placement, ensuring the position was satisfactory. We will definitely be using them again.

Vince was great with quick response to my initial request and subsequent emails.  He did a great job with my initial repairs and provided me with suggestions on other repairs I need to complete in my home.  
The best part of working with Vince is his good communication, shows up at time advised and completes the work expertly and quickly.  And he is very honest.  He needed to stop at his home on the way to get materials, and advised he would not be charging me for that time.  I was so happy, I'm about to request Vince to complete some additional work.

It was great working with Save Home Heat. Our AC wasn't working, and Jesus came out to diagnose it. He let us know that he was on his way, he found the problem, and fixed it in an efficient manner. He explained things very clearly and gave us information about what to do if future problems came up. He replaced the defective part on the spot and the AC was working again. It was a pleasure to have Jesus take care of this - he is very knowledgeable and professional!

Needed a new sink and an overflow put in my kitchen so I went ahead and looked up faucet installation in my area. Went forth and picked this company and everything turned out perfect and I was very pleased with the professionalism and how smooth the process went. We will definitely use Dehn again. He came and helped me cross a couple projects off my list quickly and reasonably. He hung a ceiling fan for us and installed house numbers on our brick home. He was friendly and did great work!

The vent-less fireplace did not work in the house I moved  into.  The job required removing the vent-less fireplace and installing a chimney from the basement up to the living room, into the garage, and  through the room above the garage.  This job would discourage anyone, but  it came out  perfectly.  The building inspector said it was an excellent install. Travis was responsible for the chimney rough-in, building an enclosed bench to hide the chimney in  the living room and all finishing work relating to make this job work.  He was amazing.  Everyone who has seen it cannot believe the complexity of the job and the finished work.  I truly recommend Travis for any home repair or remodeling services. He is  to be commended.

$500 for 30 minutes and nothing was fixed. I told him the unit was already factory reset and that wouldn't fix the actual problem. He tried something for $500 that didn't work and then told me I would most likely need to cut into the ceiling to see what was wrong. Horrible service and way too expensive for doing nothing.

Would not recommend.  What should have been a simple $85 swamp cooler start-up has turned into ongoing maintenance that has already cost over $300 plus an outrageous water bill.  The person who referred these guys ended up having a similar problem.  They just needed a start-up and ended up with an over $300 plumbing charge...the plumber was recommended by Cooper.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My time is very limited dealing with 2 elderly parents and 1 of 2 coworkers recovering from surgery. Called them on 11/10 at 8 am and was told someone would be here between 12-2. At 1:30, they called to tell me they couldn't come out today but would be out tomorrow between 11-1. Let me say that I've dealt with them before and their office staff have always been very professional.

Now for the issue:

Tech showed up today at 11:45. The problem I had was not complicated - the old rubber boot that connects the  pvc pipe from the upstairs bathroom to the pvc cleanout in the basement had become separated due to the basement slab moving.
This guy after 20 minutes, comes up with a quote of $600! Really? Do I have stupid written on my face? I specifically asked him about simply replacing the boot - actually, replace both the top and bottom boots. He told me it was much more complicated than that I refused and he presents me with a $150 bill. I asked about the $42 service charge, but since he diagnosed the problem I owed $150. I paid it, but have half a mind to call my bank and stop payment on the check.

I took one of the old  boots to ace hardware, paid less than $18 for 2 and installed them myself in less than 10 minutes. I ran the upstairs sink for 10 minutes and never saw 1 drop of water leak.

Not only that, he left grease & dirt all over my brand new basement carpet. I sent a letter to Jeff B, the owner. Funny that he doesn't put his last name on their website.

NEVER AGAIN PLUMBLINE!

Their service is excellent, the technicians and staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't get into a conflict with management, though. And if they install a appliance in your home, make sure they pull a permit And get you the paperwork so that the city can inspect it and sign off. They lost to check on me back in October and now, in June, they are threatening me with collections. The manager would not even get on the phone with me to discuss this. So you have been warned.

AAA plumber came out and gave me an estimate for a new garbage disposal and installation: $781 with a credit card, $ 703 cash.
I went out and bought a new garbage disposal for $100 at Home Depot, and had a Handy Man plumber come out and install it for $120. One star for showing up on time.

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the quality of work for this company because they never showed up! First I had an appointment from 3-5 pm, then they called me and asked me to change it to 4-6 pm (which I said was fine). I had to leave work early either way. They never showed, and never called!!! I left work and spent my whole evening waiting around for absolutely nothing. If a company cannot respect my time at all, even if they do good work I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

I am very pleased with the service I received for my AC. My technician Tony was efficient, kind, very professional and up front with not only the issue but the cost as well. I will continue to use plumbline for future issues in my home.
