This father son team is great! Answers calls quickly and provide top notch work. They were even able to answer questions via text to help determine if my project was something they could do! This family business has been our go to company for many years. First they don't charge for estimates. Their prices are fair. They come when they say they are going to. And lastly, They are honest. Example: we had several plugs that stopped working after one of the storms last week. They suggested on the telephone that I look in the breaker box for a tripped breaker...no. Then told me to see if there was one of those plugs that have the little button, in the garage ...yes. I pushed it, problem solved. No charge. They have done everything from installing attic fans to complete new breaker boxes. They do it all.

My husband and I have worked with many different vendors in renovating a home we purchased but none have come close to the wonderful experience we had with James and Nathan at ABR!!! Besides being extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable they were also a true joy to work with!!! We looked forward to seeing them every time they came to work!!! We made a great deal of added changes but they just smiled and laughed with us through it all!!! They even gave me perfect advice on where to center to sconces in my formal dining room which turned out beautifully!!! The entire crew at ABR are kind and caring!!! Their goal is simply for you to be very happy with the work that they do!!! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the work that they did for us!!!

They were responsive and were able to come the same day due to a cancellation. He identified the issue (microwave had a short in it) so it wasn't the fuse. They only charged me the trip fee of $49

Bought a new 75 TV today on a whim and were eager to get it mounted. Contacted multiple TV mounters in Dallas but Hang Pros was the only company that was willing to come out last minute on a Saturday night to squeeze us in. The representative that came out was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Really went above and beyond to make sure that our TV looked perfect in relation to our room and our furniture. Excellent attention to detail and would definitely use this service again for all of our future services. Thanks again Hang Pros for your amazing service!

They were on time and polite. The bathroom light/fart fan needed to be remounted after I tried to replace a bulb and had broke a clip I thought.  The ESTIMATE WAS $460, I bought a replacement Light/ fan at Home Depot for $60 and after reading the  instructions realized all I needed was the right nut to reattach the fixture and then snap in the cover. They wanted to gouge the customer for something they could have done for less than $100.
The tech waived the service call fee  but the outrageous price makes me wonder how many people they have taken advantage of.

After vacuuming a couple of my outlets, and two bedroom lights, no longer working without tripping the breaker couldn't figure out the situation myself . Great service! Fast, easy and affordable.  They did a fantastic job on replacement fixtures inside/outside of my home and replacing a GFCI in my kitchen. I will call on them again soon to put up a flood light in my driveway.
