I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

I'm thoroughly impressed!!! Thank you Sy! You're a stand up guy!!

Sent a Yelp quote request and within 10 min got a response. This was the only 1 of 2 companies out of 5 that gave me an estimate up front before they would come to the house.

Fair price, was able to make an appt before the other company so I chose them.

The electrician that came was 20 min late and I was not happy. That being said he and his apprentice were able to quickly recover their late mistake by doing a very efficient job installing a nema 1450 plug in my garage, fixing an issue with a kitchen led light and installing a ring doorbell cam.

Would definitely use these guys again. Only advice, if you say you'll be there by 8a, be there by 7:55a.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. These aren't typical pants hanging low plumbers...you're getting THE BEST OF THE BEST PLUMBERS!!! It's like watching the astronauts from the movie THE RIGHT STUFF because you know they know what to do.  Todd owns the company and he's assembled an excellent group of honest, hard-working guys. You're going to feel comfortable with them in your abode, and did I mention that they're also neat and respectful? TJ worked so hard along with Bobby and Dustin (the owner also worked...that's impressive) they were able to kill a water line, re-route it through our attic, and we've got water again! We no longer have water in our yard and I don't hear any hissing in the pipes. It wasn't an easy job to do, but these guys are professionals. They also put in two new water heaters since our old ones were 18 years old...probably on their last legs and if they'd burst that would have created even more tribulation. Yes, I highly encourage you to call them if you've got a water leak or other plumbing problem. They're going to fix it and you're going to rest easy knowing it's all good again. We've got some drywall repairs to do, but that's small compared to what water does when left to its own devices...don't ignore your water leak...CALL THEM!

I've been with A#1 for the last three years.  They will come day or night and do not charge higher fees if after normal business hours.  We did our semi-annual check up and Juan was great.  The cost was $99.  However, he offered a $144 annual checkup for two (winter and summer) so it actually saved us in per visit checkups.  We took him up on the offer.   He did a great job and I love how consistent they are and notified us when he was on the way and also sent us an email with the name of the technician coming.  Great job A#1.  I've referred my friends to you when I see them post an issue with their air or heat.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
