Best Water Heater Installation in Dallas TX

I found 308 on Yelp and have used them twice.  Very reliable, knowledgeable and they have fair pricing.  I'll definitely will be using them for future projects.

Provided me an estimate early in the morning, new water heater installed alled in the afternoon. Philip took the order and explained everything and reviewed the spec's on the new unit and on Enoch's warranty. Juan and James were courteous and took all precautions moving thru the house, and making sure we had a compliant, long lasting installation.

I called for someone to come out to help on my AC after reading the reviews and recommendations from my neighbors. The lady on the phone was so rude. She treated me like I'm stupid and didn't listen to me when I described the problem. She ended up calling back to ask for more details because she's failed to listen the first time. All she was worried about communicating to me was there would be a $89 charge on diagnosis which is fine with me. She didn't give me a timeline either. Said I have to wait all day because I'm on a waiting list. I normally get a time frame like afternoon or morning waiting from any service company. I didn't like how she treated me so I went with another company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. I had to have the coil replaced and it required a lot of labor to include removing the furnace. They brought all up to code and took great care to protect walls and floor.

I purchased an AC unit in 2015. Every year my unit freezes and every year I have to pay hundreds of dollars in repairs and freon. Some years it takes several trips from different service technicians to diagnose the problem. Today we spent over 700.00. With the money that I have spent in repairs over the years plus the money we pay for their membership we could have purchased a quality unit from a reputable company that stands by their product and provides a warranty with actual coverage. I have never been so disappointed in a product, a company and the service provided. What a waste of money. Don't be duped by their advertising.  Guaranteed right day or night and 100% satisfaction guarantee are words this company does not stand behind.
