Really happy.  They were able to show up same day and very quickly fixed my problem and took care of the mess I made pulling switches out of the wall.  Guys were friendly and professional.  Was really skeptical calling a place out of the blue from yelp but in the end very satisfied.

We started months ago, in a few spurts, and ended up being offered a very good deal with discounts and rebates. But we chose to wait, and months later, I reached back to the rep and while the exact same rebates were not available from Oncor, he did discount the install/equipment enough that I did not pay more.

The install was in a few days, the equipment was as promised, and the price did go up a bit: it went up because in our documents we got a cash discount but got a great 0% through Wells Fargo for 18 months, and we paid about 180 or so more for some Condenser pads (the outside machines) which seemed reasonable, was necessary, and I did price compare and was not over charged or even marked up. While other vendors did cost more, many could not be as quick either. They also removed the equipment, as one would expect. Further, we compared pricing on more than just one model and found the Enoch prices were more  competitive than the others (at least during our reviews).

The key here is that we spent a lot of time researching our buy, had a clear idea of what we wanted kin terms of brand, and knew what others would offer, when we signed. Because of this we saw a lot of value and benefit. But if you don't know what you're doing, and don't spend time to do it, and complain easily, you won't know how much of a great deal you're getting. I think it's best to check out a few other companies for the same products, figure out exactly what you want (need), and then go to this company to see how much better they are.

I have been looking for someone to help me install a rear venting kitchen hood for a long time. Kevin with Texas Star Services was just the man for the job. Called this morning to get thermostats installed and to troubleshoot why there was no power to the head unit down stairs. Called a handy man who came and looked at the unit and wanted to charge me $600 (400 to troubleshoot and 200 to install). Couldn't justify paying that much and handy man got upset so he left. Called big bear and they were very courteous on the phone and sent Brian within the hour. Brian looked at the unit and it was a $0.50 cent fuse that had blown out. He replaced it and installed my units for less than 1/3 the price the handy man was charging. Very please with the quick work Brian did. He was very informational and helpful. Giving this 5 stars and also keeping big bears phone number for any future issues. Happy customer

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

Have a house account here and they do great work. I've used them to fix various projects around my house throughout the years. I've even remodeled two bathrooms and used them to plan all the sanitary lines.

You won't be disappointed using them. They are the best in town.  They come at a cost but that cost is shown in the work they do. Very solid company.

Had a Gas leak . Called Milestone and they quoted $3000.00 to replace a 6 ft section of iron gas pipe. CLASSIC PLUMBING in Plano did the job for $460.00. Enough said!!

Not really sure...spent a considerable amount of money on a new system only to have it present issues I was trying to avoid with my 17yr old system. Told by one tech I could not be hearing a noise (that I told him was prob a transformer) from the unit an continued to tell me it was only when the unit was running - literally had to switch the system off and on and play the now you hear it game before he believed me...and tightened and rewired the transformer (sigh) - problem gone. Still having flame out and short cycling - told by one tech its not normal but prob break in...another tech that it is functioning normally...that the limiter/system is supposed to shut off the heat exchanger when the system gets too hot - as a security precaution...that that it normal...on a brand new unit...that it doesn't hit two degrees above start cycle temp before the system shuts down due to overheating.  When questioned regarding the paradox...he said...I can't fix this....management is gonna need to look at this.  Management will give you a call.  4 days later...nothing. Units barely a week old...not sure what things are going to be like 1, 5, 10 years down the line. Polite, yes. Beyond that, well...

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
