Best Home Theater Installation in Dallas TX
I will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend to use Enoch for any electrical work. We hired them to replace the electrical panel, but several lights were not working correctly after their job. Besides that, they left my electrical outlets and switches uncovered. Then they provided me 2 options for that situation: 1. Pay another $32,000 to rewire every thing in my house; 2. Pay the money even if they did not recover things back. Otherwise, they THREATENED that they would fire a lien on our property.

We decided to reschedule our appointment and we are glad we did. Excellent, fast work and the guys were very professional. They offered a discount for cancelling our original appointment the morning of which was appreciated. I would use this company again, hoping the scheduling issue was just a one time thing.

I did not use the services and the review is for the quoting process. They are quick to respond and the price they quote is really reasonable. Just another provider was quicker so I go with them. I will definitely reach out again for other projects.

Hi all!
Looks like another boring 5-star performance for Frisco Electric. I knew nothing about these guys and rolled the dice based upon Yelp reviews (hoping they were accurate). Net: The team was very professional, accommodating (and timely to their appt!). They did a great job installing a few chandeliers and were reasonable cost. They are coming to do more work later in the week due to my positive experience. They are now in my iPhone as my electrician...Thanks!

We hired Charlie Brown to run some network cabling (Cat 5e cable) for our business LAN and verify that some prior electrical work was done correctly. The 2-man team showed up on time (actually early) and got the job done efficiently and neatly (even with navigating vaulted ceilings). The fee was reasonable and turned out to be less that the quoted estimate. Charlie Brown, the owner came in towards the end to verify the networking and check the existing electrical I wanted verified. I like that they have a local storefront in our community and that Charlie is a licensed electrician as well as networking specialist. We'll look to them for future electrical, networking or media needs.

Matrix Electric wired my house! They did a great job! We have lights that automatically turn on when you open the closet doors. I love setting scenes with my Lutron lighting. Ask for Daniel - he'll take care of ya. Mr Ponton is nice, too!

Jimmy R. was a 100% professional from the moment we contacted him until the minute he left our home. Besides quickly submitting his quotations with multiple options (anticipating things we'd want or need BEFORE we'd thought of them), he kept his appointment time, called us an hour ahead to notify us of his impending arrival, and started the work immediately when he arrived. He installed a new garage/house door with the frame and double locks. He was friendly, well-organized, considerate of our home and pets, and was careful to thoroughly clean up after the work was completed. It's refreshing to hire a contractor who's conscientious, professional, organized and does everything they said they are going to do, how and when they said they were going to do it. The quality of his work was excellent, the cost very reasonable and I enthusiastically recommend him to any and everyone who requires his services. THANK YOU Jimmy for a job well done!

Freddie of Freddie America is an absolute pleasure to work with. He's very professional and does everything by code to make sure his work is safe and correct. He's highly qualified and an expert at quickly diagnosing the problem and troubleshooting how to fix a previous handy man's mistake. He has a strong work ethic and works diligently until the job is done.
I highly recommend using Freddie America for anything electrical.

I had them come out several times and each time I have worked with Matt on the estimate of work. Later that day I receive my estimate in detail of what we discussed. Usually Both him and his guys then come and knock it all out quickly. His teams work is to my level of expectation every time. Highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Had them replace my electric panel on 8/2/18. Learned too late their $5K+ was approximately 2 1/2 times higher than others in this area. I had protested their MAM program at $160 extra but it went on the bill. Protested it the next day and it was taken off. I was told it had saved me $900 but that wasn't reflected anywhere I could find on the bill. Veterans discount was given but also not listed as such so who knows? Major league overpricing without itemizing anything beyond what they actually did. Nice job in that it passed City inspection but, in my opinion, so highly overpriced I'll never use them again. They also gave me a price of over $290 to replace the guts on my toilet. I had my handyman do it for $50, including all parts, which they responded to with 'we don't compete with handymen'. No wonder..I'll stick with my honest handyman. I can only repeat what appears here so often: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Ok installation but not ideal for residential. First off, very nice guy. They replaced our service panel and all wiring. They did an OK job. Similar to plumbers they have no respect for any part of the house other than their little area. You definitely have to follow them to fix what they disturb (insulation, floor boards, wall cuts, etc. Just know you need to clean up after them. And I still have a few outlets that are loose and never got corrected (was told he'd send someone out - never happened after i made final payment (I should have know better so i take responsibility for not holding final payment). But the worst part was we failed inspection. He insisted I needed an energy audit. So he sent me the link, i called for this audit, paid $150 and had the audit submitted to the city. City was confused and when I finally bypassed Adis and went directly to the inspector it turned out that they needed to change 1 breaker to a gfci. They actually did (apparently after failing the inspection) but instead of them bothering to call for re-inspection he told me to get a $150 energy audit that was not required. Again, he's very nice and maybe his company is more suited for a business environment and not residential. Residential service providers should be able to deal with the permit and completion and not throw it back on the homeowner to deal with inspectors and submit final documentation.
