I just replaced three outdated electric panels with one at my Highland Park home built in 1940.  These guys are the real deal and did a perfect job.  Rare to see this kind of quality and price.  Bravo Zulu!

Our kitchen plugs are tripping frequently and I looked up for Electricians nearby. I found these guys  had excellent history and reviews. Scheduled appointment with them and they found issue with outdated model in circuit breaker for Kitchen area and replaced with new one. They are very professional and I recommend this team highly.

I can do nothing but rave about the great service from Big Bear Air and Heating I received today.  My fifteen year old system stopped working yesterday in this 99 degree heat.  I sent an email request late last night and received a call from them at 7:30 this morning to put me on the standby schedule.  At around 9:00 I received a call asking if I was available in 10 minutes and I was thrilled.  Diel arrived shortly afterwards and was fantastic.  He checked the system and explained everything to me.  He was able to get it up and running in 20 minutes and I am a happy camper.  I can't recommend this great company enough.  If you're looking for an honest AC repair then call Big Bear!

I have used both Faithco plumbers and Faithco electricians. My calls were answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and the technicians arrived at the appointed time. Prior to arrival, a photo was sent to me so I would know whom to expect, plus the technician call me when he was on his way. In both instances, the work was completed correctly, efficiently, and rapidly. Charges were nominal. I will certainly use Faithco Enterprises again should a need arise.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Wow, I just put in a request last night and was able to get them to come the next morning. Not only did Luis give me a decent estimate to add two outlets in my house, but he was able to complete the job right away as well. He said we very kind and knowledgeable. He left with no mess to clean too. :) I will be using his services going forward.

Asked someone to come out and look at my nest thermostat. He couldn't really figure out what caused the nest to go out, if it was the unit itself or our larger air-conditioning unit. Then he spent a lot of time telling me how old my system is and how it's using refrigerant that has been phased out and then just tried to sell me on a new air-conditioning unit. my system may be old but it's working just fine and I don't wanna spend $10,000 on a new unit right now. His Band-Aid fix was still going to be over $2000 to upgrade some wiring etc. and he didn't know if it was the root cause of the nest going out. Wasn't the experience I was expecting after having dealt with other air-conditioning companies. I have another technician coming on Monday who I know well to get a second opinion and I fully expect him to give me a quote for a lot less money I'll update the review after we get the second opinion. I chose milestone because they advertise all over the place and supposedly have a good reputation but it Just seemed more like highway robbery.

The absolute worst. 100% Ripoffs. Don't walk but run from them Twice the price as the others.
