These guys totally saved my bacon!! After a HUGE Dallas WINTER storm!! They were able to get to me quickly, and get my situation figured out. Turns out my meter was just broken and Encore had 'remote diagnosed' my problem as not there's. Mr. Green stayed with me while I got Encore/TXU on the phone, and then explained to them (in electrician speech), what was going on. Encore had been giving me the run around all morning, and had it not been for these guys who knows how long I would have been left freezing in the cold!! Fantastic and professional - everyone should use Puckett Electric. They have installed fixtures and new outlets throughout my aging home. I've hired them before to install large kitchen appliances (stovetop and double ovens) they are always quick and courteous. I will have them back to repair more aging electrical issues!

Carlos and Tony showed up and could not have been more courteous and respectful of my home. They listened to my concerns, gave me prices and options and after making my decision, went right to work. I had a light fixture added to my master bath and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. it exceeded my expectations. This is 3rd time using this company and I will continue to use them. Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

If you have any electrical needs please don't go with a handyman - just hire Light it Up rather than wasting time.

Mark and Colton were the electricians that came out. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable!

I hired Light it Up to do two ceiling fans for me and I didn't even need to have one replaced they quickly figured out that the handyman I previously used had just wired it incorrectly. It took them less than 5 minutes to figure that out!

They are so responsive and easy to get in touch with as well. Would definitely recommend.

What a great team! Gosh, Great Brother Electrical was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service, reliability and honesty!

I sent a message requesting an appointment and received a call almost immediately. Jose put me on the schedule and called to confirm the day before.

The lights in our master closet were flickering and we suspected the electrical touch-button sensor that turns them on with the door opening/closing was the issue.  

They arrived on time & got right to work. Within 20min they honestly let me know it wasn't an electrical issue but all four fluorescent bulbs were low causing the issue. What could have been $$$$ for an electrical issue turned out to be four light bulbs needing to be replaced. Their honesty was incredible and for that we would highly recommend Great Brothers. We would also refer them because they were kind & had great customer service.

Shane came over to fix our electric wires to our water heater. It took him about 3 hours but he is really good at his job. If I ever have another electric problem I will definitely call him!

The best electrician ever, you will get the most professional workmanship, we used Charlie brown electric all the time, and every time we hired them we shop first to find their prices at least %50 less than any other electric company, believe me you will not go wrong with this company.

We requested service to install a new outlet. Our technician wore mask, gloves and foot coverings for safety and cleanliness. He was fast, efficient and professional. Job well done and will use this company again.

I had a property that I was purchasing and had some electrical questions come up during inspection. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the code requirements specific to the location of my property and was able to explain the differences and why the issue was brought up in the inspection report. Jeff was very quick to respond to my request for help and very quick to assess the issue and provide feedback and I will be going to Jeff for all electrical issues in the future.

Initially we had a problem with the service provided but the owner came out and took care of it himself and made it perfect.   You don't see that a lot anymore .

I contacted Edwin about drywall repair and soffit repair.  They did an incredible job on the drywall - matched the texture very well and everything.  The soffits look great too.  Prices were very reasonable.  Will use again.

After calling 2 other electrical companies for an estimate after a had storm, we decided for a 3rd estimate.  We called TopTech Electric and were blown away by Casey Gann's knowledge and his way of making my mother feel at ease with a detailed explanation of what the price covered and how soon the repairs could happen.  The other 2 companies were determine to sell you a service plan, when all we were looking for were for the repairs to be done.
