During the deep freeze in Feb '21, several of our pipes froze and being from California, we were freaking out. I called Luis, and even though the roads were too bad for house visits, he walked me through how to thaw the pipes and also calmed us down about what would happen when the pipes thawed naturally. We have PEX plumbing and everything turned out fine. We were really appreciative of Luis taking the time to walk us through.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues.

Did a good job of coordinating a two-fer plumbing plus electrical job and getting city permits.  Moved a laundry washer box and electrical outlets and then replaced the main electrical panel, added whole house surge protector and car charge outlet.  Donnie was helpful in referring a drywall company they regularly use who also did well.  They were also very reasonable on pricing.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We were in need of two water heaters.  David and Jeff were very prompt, professional and friendly.  We received a prior estimate from another plumbing company, but when David and Jeff analyzed our water heaters and gave their recommendations, the cost was much, much lower than the previous bid.  We hired Mansfield Plumbing to replace our water heaters and were instructed every step of the way.  We even have beautiful gray water heaters now.  We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.  We will definitely use Mansfield Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.

I called them late morning to come out because our water is backing up. They said they would call this afternoon at no specific time but about 30-45 minutes before they arrive.  I waited all day with my phone at my hip.  I left my phone one time and of course they called at 5:13.  I called back at 5:17. to have them tell me that I would need to reschedule for the next day. I looked at my phone and said, y'all just called 4 minutes ago and now I have to reschedule and they said yes.  

Wasted my day waiting for nothing.  They should tell you if you don't answer whenever we call you, your out of luck.  Horrible customer service.

After an april cold snap i realized that one of my heating units was blowing cold air.

I called on sunday evening and a person actually answered the phone and set me up for the next day.

Koyt came out and was extremely professional and even offered me observe for no extra charge! He diagnosed the problem being with my thermostat which I opted to replace myself. The total cost was a$59 service charge- it was a first for me as a home owner not to have some hvac guy try to sell me$10k new unit!

If I ever have the misfortune to need an HVAC repair in the future,  this is who I will be calling

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!
