This is my second experience with Big Bear and I have to say I am 100% satisfied with the employees and their work. They are honest and work hard.

Terrible. Rewired our entire home and have had nothing but problems ever since. That they, of course, do not claim any responsibility for.  Should have known when a company spends that much on advertising it's because their product is no good....

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!
