The appointment was on schedule and he was wearing a mask and super friendly. I have already recommend this company to two friends. He was sufficient and cleaned up after himself, he did a fantastic job!! Needed something else to be done and Riley's is doing that too, GREAT company and very professional.

Have used this company several times for plumbing and roofing. Extremely fast response, exemplary service, very fair pricing and great quality of work. I can't recommend them highly enough. My mom is in her mid 90's and lives alone with no family within hours of her.  Bill Goodknight has gotten someone to her emergency in hours.

Our kitchen ceiling light had a short in the unit. 'At Your Service Heating, Cooling, & Home Repairs' came to our rescue.  After a referral from a friend and one telephone call, Mr. Robert Jones (sole proprietor), showed up ,on time,  and did wonderful  job replacing our ceiling light fixture.
Mr. Jones was very friendly and because of his professional work ethic, I will have him come to my home again, if I find myself in need of a competent  contractor.

Called Hubbs Heating late in the evening when a sump pump failed and water was covering our basement floor. They arrived within a hour with a new pump already in hand. Can't thank them enough for a quick response and great work.

Ran electric to our barn across the yard. Knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. Highly qualified and recommended.

Michelle really made things easy on me. I am an out of town landlord and my renters were without electric in 1/2 of the house on a Sunday. Michelle was willing to go out right away. The next day when the job was done he emailed me the invoice and that was that. He really made the whole process smooth.

Over  the period of about two months my family and I tried to make arrangements to have this company evaluate my residence for a percieved reduced air flow issue in a few upstairs bedrooms. I was able to actually get an appointment set with a whole house HVAC venting system cleaned first (at the tune of $400) followed by the AC technician (Owner) to come by and give that inspection and hopefully get a system enhancement arranged. After cleaning system was complete, I called and asked where the technician((owner)) was and asked for an ETA. I was told someone (either technician-owner or secretary) would get right back to me with that information and NEVER heard a word, now this is three days later and I have not heard. These people are too busy for you or me, just don't bother using them and your expectations will not be missed. Disrespectful, unprofessional is my total opinion.

We have used American Air for the past few years and have never had an issue.  We usually sign up for their plan that gives us both a spring AC and fall furnace check for one price.  The techs are always pleasant and do a thorough job of checking our system.  We had Matt yesterday for our furnace check and he was the best tech we have had so far.

Customer service is terrible!! My home warranty company referred them & when I called they did not even have a legit voice mail system.  Then when I call all I get to speak with is Trish & she is awful.  I was told someone would be to my house between 8-12 & no phone call or anyone showed up.  Called back & spoke to Trish again & I asked if she could call the technician & see when he thinks he will be out &  she said, NO she is not going to bother him while he was working.  Yet, I get to wait around from 8-12 to still now show or call because his time is more valuable than mine.  I asked to speak to her supervisor & she proceeded to tell me there is not anyone here, but will email me her information.  I would not use them & my home warranty company HSA is loosing a customer too.

just purchased a new Hvac system from them.  had a question, and called customer service for assistance.  On hold for over 15 minutes to speak with a person.  Finally gave up!  IMO, a very poor level of customer service.

I've tried this company for several items (plumbing, electrical work, heating and air) and every time it's been a worse experience. I kept trying to like them because I like the idea of using one company for all my home maintenance issues. The people that take the appointments do not listen or rely the right information to the technicians, so when they come out to do a job they have no idea what's going on.

For example, I called to do a tune up on my heat pump, made an appointment and told the lady we had a an all electrical system (no gas). The technician that came out had never worked one a heat pump or electric furnace before- he did nothing and actually did damage to our heat pump. Such a waste of $100!

This is just one example. Every time we have used this company there has been some sort of issue. Never again!

Don't waste your time and money- go elsewhere!!

Called for a safety check for a loan on a property and to have house re grounded. They dispatched an electrician who wrote a 7000 estimate. Attempted to high pressure sell me on a payment plan. I promptly showed him the door and was charged 60$ for my free estimate. Had the job done by some other guy in the phonebook for 200 bucks. 3 years later they still have me on their call and mail lists. Looks like this company most likely preys on the elderly and ignorant to pay the bills. Stay away from this one.
