Best Sewer Line Repair in Seattle WA
SeaTown did our service panel and they got it done in a day. The guys that came out were friendly and did a good job. After the work was done, I did have some feedback to offer regarding their work.
Their customer service was excellent and followed up with me to let me know they updated their training based on my input. Great to hear the company is open to listening to customers!

No hot water after the service. At all. I payed a lot to fix the problem quickly. Now I have to use another service and pay again.
Awful.

Very crappy service. They not only overcharged the service but had a very bad attitude. They charged me $3000 just for a sump pump replacement. They even charged more than the invoice to my credit card and i had to submit a dispute for the transaction .

I'm writing this review to share my experience with Advanced septic and to warn people about terralifting.
I noticed some signs about a year and a half ago that my septic system was failing. Bad smells and pooling water. I called 2 different companies out to take a look. One recommended complete replacement. The other (advanced septic) recommended terralifting. They explained the process and also mentioned a 2 year warranty. So what did I have to lose in at least trying right? Well, the answer to that question was about $4000 dollars.
Here I am, a year and a half later, with a still failing septic system that needs to be replaced. Oh but the warranty? Yeah advanced septic will only reimburse $1800 of that $4000 and only if I go through their septic designer and them for the installation of that septic system. Which I found advanced septic to be significantly higher than other companies and prefer now to not go through them.
I've spoken with 4 different septic designers/engineers who have all told me that terralifting is just a bandaid and isn't a permanent solution to a falling septic system.
Bottom line is if your septic system is failing, the only permanent solution is to replace whatever component is failing. Wether it be the tank, drain field or both.
It sucks, yes. Septic systems are anywhere from $10,000-20,000 (depending on who you go through and type of system needed). Please don't waste your time or money on terralifting like I did. Just bite the bullet and do it right the first time.

Do not do business with them. Technicians are only trainees with no supervision from a Journeyman as required by law. Also do not pull permits for work performed. The owner, David Hirst, only cares about the revenue and not the customers satisfaction or operating in a transparent or honest way. He should be closed down.
