Best Sewer Line Repair in Seattle WA

I call David and he came to our home on short notice to help.  We had just rented our Duplex to a woman and the sewer backed up all over her house in the first few days!!!  It was awful.   Rotor rooter came and charged us $900 and did nothing.   David came and solved the problem in an hour.  He was an angel.  He charged a very decent price and gave me a senior discount!   I would DEFINITELY recommend David!!

After waiting weeks to make an appt to get someone to come by to give a quote for a tankless water heater, I didn't get the quote within 3 days as promised. After 1.5 weeks, I received a quote for the hardware but not the labor, and after several inquiries by text and phone, I heard nothing back. They ghosted me and I'm not sure why.

That said, Elvis is knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciated his explanations.

We recently bought a home and noticed that the bath water in the upstairs master bath was slightly discolored, so we reached out to Otter Plumbing to see if they could pinpoint the issue. Working with Shane, he was able to diagnosis the problem pretty much over the phone with the help of some pictures of the water. His knowledge of the issue was spot on, the water heater, which was confirmed when Otter was able to come over the next day for a service call. They were very professional and arrived right on time for our agreed appointment. They confirmed the water heater was the issue and were able to quote us a very reasonable rate for a replacement compared to other companies we had looked at. The installation process was quick and the company did a fantastic job in verifying that the new water heater fixed the issue, and that we were satisfied with the quality of work. They cleaned up the area, better than when they started the job, and made sure all the old equipment was removed. All in all, we would defiantly use Shane and his team at Otter Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others.

I ended up not needing their service, but Brandon took the time on both a Sunday and first thing Monday to determine that a suspected water leak was just groundwater. No charge. I hope I don't need their services any time soon, but if I have plumbing issues in the future they'll be the first ones I call!

Professional, honest and didn't waste any time fixing our leak! Very fairly priced. Hoping I won't need them again but if I do, they are first on my list of plumbers to call!

They've come out twice now - first to install a toilet which went like clockwork. This time I needed them to address a leak. When the appointment window passed, I called and Tyler acknowledged that he had gotten tied up on another job but came over right away. He addressed the problem within a minute!  I was so relieved it was something minor. He didn't even charge me for coming out - this IS integrity.

Love the interaction with these folks. I asked about lining my sewer line because of root incursions and they recommended that it's much more cost effective to just maintain with an occasional clean out, therefore saving me a lot of money!
They were happy to service my line if it was more serious than that.
I appreciate the honesty and will certainly call them if I have more problems.

May be okay, but West Seattle Sewer offers no warranty on their work. We recently purchased a home in West Seattle. Three days before closing the sellers had Bill repair the water line between the meter and the house. When I called Bill to ask about his work and whether he stood behind it, he went into a dumb repetition of variants on The city inspected the work, that's your warranty.

When we got a copy of the invoice, sure enough it noted that there is no warranty on the materials used or the work performed.

If we ever need a plumber, I'm calling someone else.

It's Labor Day and we were doing a home repair. Of course something goes wrong and we break a pipe. Dave came right over and capped it off so we could at least have water in the rest of the house! He is a lifesaver. So thankful for honest , helpful small businesses like this! Thank you

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I read a lot of reviews on plumbers, and called several, but it wasn't until I called Dirt Cheap that I felt confident in my decision. Katheryn, the  manager, was very informative, friendly, and professional. She had someone come out the next day, free of charge, to give us a bid on the job. He wasn't pushy, explained what would be done, and recommended we get other bids before deciding which company was best for us. We're so glad we chose Dirt Cheap! The guys arrived at the agreed time, were professional, and did an amazing job replacing the water pipe from the street to our house. When I got home from work, and saw the yard, I thought they hadn't even been there. They did such an amazing job putting everything back the way it had been before they started digging ( and they had to do A LOT of digging ) that I will choose this company each and every time I need a plumber :)

They were available next day, Brandon arrived on time & did a great job finding the leak in our water main. Highly recommended.

New to the area so when I needed to find a plumber for an emergency I was lucky enough to find Joe's Plumbing. The lady that took my call was so nice and set up a next day appt for me and Carl showed up on time and in no time at all had my problem fixed and it was affordable !! Will be calling Joe's plumbing for all my plumbing needs

We had a blockage and water coming back into the house. Very long story short, we ultimately needed the full side sewer line to the main replaced due to more than 20 feet of crushed/blocked pipe (1928 cement). It took 2 companies and a bunch of money before Jafco finally stepped in with more competitive pricing. Aaron worked with us and our neighbors on strategy and was honest, kind, and straight forward. Instead of stringing us along one section at a time like the first two very expensive companies, he saw the risk of not finding the source of the crushed/blocked pipe, and structural risks due to the long trench, and recommended we replace the line, an approach that guaranteed an end to the madness. The crew were awesome, fast, state of the art, and respectful with John provided excellent and timely communication throughout once the work started. All said and done, 45 feet then a liner to the main from our neighbors tie-in. Because of what we'd gone through with the two previous companies and then replacing the full line, they were kind enough to subcontract a fence company to button it all back up across the three properties (ours and two neighbors) at no extra charge. Even after we'd finalized invoices and payments John was fast to research, plan, subcontract, and execute the fence work. Super impressed and grateful.

We had a difficult situation and they did the best they could. We appreciate Blake plumbing for following up after the fact as well

James and Thoren came out on short notice working around the time I needed to go pick up my son from school and were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue presented. I was very pleased with the responses of this company and the 2 people who came out to manage the emergent issue with my toilets clogging the same day as I called.

Wow, I am incredibly disappointed.  Based on Yelp reviews I expected more.  I scheduled an appointment with Phil at Alki Sewer for noon today.   At 11:59 I received an email that Alki Sewer is not registered in Bellevue.  Really?  Couldn't I have been told that yesterday when I scheduled the appointment, or yesterday when I sent the email that included my address, or by phone today,  so that I didn't have to happen upon the email at 12:20?  I definitely could have spent my day off work much more productively.

Done Right have always been very prompt and responsive when I've had plumbing problems, and always had very fair prices until most recently. OK, they diagnosed my sewer pipe blockage for free-- but then they charged what amounted to about $1500/hr for a simple, approximately 2 hour job to replace a 24 inexpensive section of pipe.  After questioning this $3000-plus-tax charge for a simple, quick job, I was refunded $500.00, with an accompanying excuse that Done Right is now considered the best in the business.  Sure they have always done a good job, but there are some integrity issues with Done Right.  Not sure I'll be calling them again.

Plumber did a great job clearing our drain today. However, I'm concerned about Mr. Rooter's policy for handling credit cards. It may not be PCI Compliant due to the writing down of credit card numbers as notes in plain text on iPads. I raised this concern with customer service today.

Had tenants with no heat since last Friday. Everyone I called was booked and had waiting lists. Hello, did they hear me say there wasn't any heat? I was just about to give up hope when I ran across Allred's Mechanical Solutions phone number on Angie's List. Todd the owner was kind, compassionate and found a way to help me in spite of his busy schedule. I will definitely call again if service is needed. I'm so impressed with the outcome I am planning to schedule a non-emergency maintenance call this spring to make sure I'm ready for next winter. Thank you very much Mr. Allred!

I had a very simple job to do: remove my existing dishwasher and replace it with a new one that I had bought. Both these dishwashers are from the same brand: GE Profile performance.

I had called around an talked with family and friends and found that a cost of $120 to $150 was a reasonable cost for getting this work done. In fact Home Depot, Loew's, Albert Lee etc. also quote the same.

I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and gave them the job description and was told that a basic installation would cost around $99.00 and if there was any complication or extra work then there would be an extra cost. That sounded reasonable and I booked an appointment.

Two guys showed up about an hour late and after looking at the job gave me an estimate of $650.00 to remove my existing dishwasher and install the new dishwasher.
When I asked for an explanation of the cost, he said that is what it would cost - no explanation. My dishwasher cost is in the same ball park, this is daylight robbery.
Plus I had to pay a dispatch fee of $99.00 even if I did not get any work done.

I called the home office to confirm why I was being charged such a large amount and why was I not told about the dispatch fee when I had first called. While I was speaking to the lady on the phone, the guy just handed me the bill, banged my door and left - how rude and unprofessional is this.

I described this event to the lady on the phone and instead of apologizing for the act of her plumber, she condoned his behavior as natural since I did not want them to do the job. Great!!!

She also went on the record to say that I should have been told about the dispatch cost, which I clearly refuted. I even asked her to go check her phone logs if they keep a recording - she said she would have to have her manager do that.

Please be aware of this scamming plumbing company.
