Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Finally, we found a trustworthy handyman that is so reliable.  We have a rental property we were getting ready to renters in a very small window.   I found Chuck through Yelp and found that he had great reviews.  I called and found Chuck to be very professional and base don my description of the problem, he was able to assess my problem.  I felt so relieved that he knows what he is diong.    He even took the time to call before the appt and explained exactly what he will do and what the expectations will be as a result of his visit.  He estimated about 2 hours of work which was much shorter.  He was focused and didn't get distracted like my previous nightmares with handyman experience.   The work he did in our place was puddle of water that always gets back into our dishwasher.  It started to get really bad odors and awful stink throughout the house.   Turns out our previous contractor that installed our new kitchen sink and dishwasher, never bothered to add air-gap therefore water will back into the dishwasher.  I was 100% satisfied with his work and didn't even break the bank...

I was shock, desperate, lonely, and helpless when the sliding glass shower door broke on top of me. It left me with multiple cuts all around my body. I was crying like a pig feeling helpless cuz I was by myself, I asked God to send someone for help cuz I can't deal with this right now. After I composed myself and called san mateo handyman, and Norm picked up. He asked me a couple of questions and he finally asked are you safe? I couldn't help myself and cried all over again, I just couldn't help it, it had been a rough week. He was seriously concerned for me and tried to calm me down via the phone and gave me instructions. After that he still don't think it's safe enough for me so he asked for my address and offer to come take a look. He showed up to my door like a warm sun to my winter, he gave off the vibe of Santa without the outfit, I was so grateful for him to just come over, make sure I was okay, taught me how to clean up the glass properly. He went out of his way to help, for no reason other than he's concerned for me. What a great man! He told me to take a day of two off and not think about this right now, and gave me a quote and call him whenever I'm ready. Couldn't asked for a better help in that situation

I initially hired Ryan to install a waterline for a new fridge we had purchased. Ryan installed the line but the line had a slow leak that wasn't obvious at first, so he came back and fixed that. I also had him install a ceiling light that required rewiring and patching the ceiling.  He did a great job on that and was very responsive to my questions.

If you're looking for someone to do jobs that are just a little out of your comfort zone, I can heartily recommend Ryan.
