Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in San Francisco CA
John answered the phone on a Sunday before 9AM in the morning. He diagnosed my problem over the phone. Suggested that i first call PGE because it seemed to him to be a problem on the power pole and they would fix it. He gave me the phone number to call and told me precisely how to explain the problem to PGE. He told me to for sure call him back if that didn't work and he would come today. He was easy to talk to, asked the right questions and was very professional. i did call PGE and John was totally correct in his diagnosis. PGE is sending someone today. The next time i have an electrical problem i would definitely call Brookline Aries Electric. Julie S.

Just finished spending some time with Nick from service champions. Thankfully all is well with my system, but thats not what this review is about. Nick always does a very professional job, and represents his company well. What I am most impressed with however, is a program spear headed by nick, called service champions CARE. This is an amazing program where the company will donate time and money, and service to help people in need. Whether its an illness or some other hardship, the company donates there services to help those who may not be able to afford to have clean air and properly functioning hvac systems in their homes. My hat is off to Nick and the folks at service champions for stepping up to the plate and making a real difference for those in need!

Eric has done several projects for us, we've been happy with the results, and we'll keep calling him for electrical needs. He's rewired our bathroom, put in lights in our basement hall and garden, installed a level 2 EV charger for our new electric car in our garage, and done all the work for a garden office room we built (on a tight budget). Our tenants also had some problems with their hall light and he repaired it right away. We've got an old building. He's very future-oriented, so I trust him to do work that doesn't get in the way of future projects we have to do on our house

Damon and his team were extremely professional, prompt, and so friendly to deal with. They got back to me on a Sunday night, within 10 minutes of my job description, and provided the best quote by far compared to any other company. I would definitely use their services again, and would highly encourage others to do so also as well.

Yvgeney came out within 30 minutes of my call about a problem with an underground water line. He inspected it and gave me great advice about how to deal with it economically. He was methodical, clear, and unrushed. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing or electrical needs.

Mike was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. He fixed a door, anchored a dresser, mounted a TV to the wall, and assessed a few other items on our wish list. Scheduling/communication was easy and responsive. We would look forward to hiring and working with Mike again!

If price is no object and you're willing to pay close to $600 an hour to have your hot water heater installed, you will get great service for it. I was stunned to get a quote for over $5500 for a simple (I assure you. I have done this before, and by myself it will take me four hours) heat pump water heater installation in my garage. Happy to share my quote with anyone who asks. For what it is worth, they also never followed up with the promised quote to run a 50 amp circuit to the tank. I'll pull and permit and get that done in a couple hours as well, or I may hire an honest electrician I know that won't quote me a stupid high price. I guess folks just charge what they can these days, not what's fair for the job performed. In most of the country it would cost a couple hundred to get a tank installed. If you just know a little bit about how easy it is to install a water heater, you'll understand how insulting it is to get a quote like this. I'll bet you could find just about anybody to install a water heater for less than $600 an hour...

I bought a '41 cottage with sweet original millwork. Unfortunately a previous owner had done a '90s bath remodel. ugh. Ted came in and restored it to my detailed specifications, giving me design input along the way. To my surprise he personally knows carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile setting (tiniest grout lines). And he completed the work with minimal disruption to our lives (it's our only bathroom!!) Yes I recommend him.

Kevin with KLM Utilities was a pleasure to work with in upgrading the electrical panel of my home in SF. He provided a competitive price, finished the work quickly, and handled the whole project without missing a beat including city permit and inspection. He is great with updates on progress and answering any questions. It did take a few weeks to get the project on his book, which is a good thing - in this market any good contractor should be busy.

Watch out! Salesperson said it would cost, at minimum, $5,000 to restore power. Used fear tactics and the hard sell to try to get us to buy a $14,000 replacement on our electrical box-- when in reality, PG&E was able to fix the issue for free.

Joe did a fantastic job updating our service panel and installing an EV charger. He's super friendly, punctual and he takes pride in doing the job right. He also took care to leave everything clean and neat. Throughout the job he kept me informed about his progress and I appreciate his good natured, can do attitude. A+ for Joe and Divine Electric! As Joe kiddingly says, we are a customer service company that does electrical work on the side. They do excellent electrical work but I'd rate their customer service second to none.
