Don T why won't you reply to my review...You have replied to nearly all of them. I'm curious how you will attempt to talk your way out of this one?

I had a large crack in my undermount clay kitchen sink. It's been there for a year and I really wanted to replace the sink. However. The sink was custom installed by the previous owners, and it was going to be a very challenging removal and install. I was concerned that it could be a messy job.
Darell responded to my Yelp request.
1.  He's very punctual and very responsive.
2.  He's very courteous and professional.
3.  He did a great job!  Old sink is out, new sink is in and it looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

George T. of Tixan Services has been very responsive in communicating with me through Yelp messaging. He answered my initial request for bids within 15 minutes. He quoted me a reasonable, flat fee for the installation of a retractable screen door. We arranged for him to do the installation and he showed up right on time with a complete tool kit of battery-powered tools. After refreshing himself with the installation instructions for my particular door, he worked quickly and methodically. He presented me with two installation options and explained the pros and cons of each. Once installed, he demonstrated how to operate the door. I am very satisfied with the result, and I will definitely call on him again for special jobs around my house that can benefit from professional experience.

We really appreciated Christian's willingness to come over and hook our washer and dryer.  He also installed a dog door in the door of our utility room.  Courteous, on time, and easy to work with.  He went the extra mile to help us get the right sized dog door the same day.
