These guys are responsive and efficient. They hung an antique brass chandelier from a 14ft ceiling, which required them to make adjustments to the length of each chain on site (see photo). They did an impeccable job! They worked fast on an all day job without stopping for lunch. And they're price point was VERY reasonable.

I was having issues with a front door. Dan came out within 24hrs of my inquiry and showed me that it was simply the door handle that needed replacing, and didn't charge me for the visit. He was quick and  polite and will be the first person I call next time I need some help. Thanks, Dan!

Loius was excellent!! He responded right away, scheduled an appointment very quickly and was very punctual. On top of doing excellent work, he cane back after my request to install a different rod a week later and didn't charge a penny. Highly recommend and will definitely hire him in the future.

I contacted A & M recently and they were able to quickly send a technician out. The technician arrived on time and was able to resolve my issue. They installed a smart switch and repaired a couple of other switches that weren't working properly. The technician explained his work, showed me how to use the switch, and was very friendly. If you need prompt and affordable electrical work, I recommend A & M.

Tito did an amazing job at helping generate a quote over the phone for our hot tub install. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he was thorough and even helped us troubleshoot some issues that came up due to the hot tub confirmation. I was trying to get someone to troubleshoot an issue happening to several outlets and lights in my house. Was struggling to find someone to do it since most companies were not able to give me much information besides their hourly rates.

I decided to hire Pro Light ATX because Tony was down to earth and easy to deal with from the beginning. Instead of just quoting me hourly rates, he asked questions about the issue and give me a worst case estimate for a fix. He also got me to understand that the issue could be a potential safety hazard so I got him to come and take a look as soon as possible.

There was a few communication issues when we were trying to organize the visit, but as soon as Tony got to my house he got to work trying to discard some theories. He was able to get the issue fixed and thankfully it was nothing severe and less than his original estimate. He charged me a very fair rate for almost 2 hours of work, definitely lower than what others had tried to charge before.

Overall I had a good experience and would hire him again for potential projects.

Highly qualified professional was able to find out the problem with the electrical at my house after remodeling. The old contractor had done something wrong that caused my electrical bill to hike by $300 per month and Simon was able to figure it out and fix it.

I had Biggs help repair my electric bed frame.  They were fast and courteous and they offered a military discount.  My only issue is that they didn't bill me the day the service was completed.  Instead, I received an invoice over a month later.  I've been trying since April  to get in touch with someone to pay my invoice.  I call and it goes to a full e-mail box, i've tried texting but It tells me it's an incorrect number.  I'm not really sure what else to do.

Prompt professional response. Diagnosed problem quickly and had it fixed in less than 15 min. Very glad to have found this electrician on the first try. Would definitely recommend.

We had several electrical projects and Calvert electric took care of all of them, some were complicated and he had it done much quicker than we had expected. Very fair $ will definitely call him back, highly recommend.

Jonathan did a fantastic job assembling my furniture, mounting a large TV, and power washing my outside deck. He was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and punctual with his arrival. He even agreed to travel over 45 minutes to my location. I had a great experience through out my projects with Justin and his crew. Justin was always responsive, showed up when he said they would, and was open to any changes that I had. This was very refreshing as most contractors I've dealt with have not been responsive and just randomly show up. I highly recommend Justin and his crew to anyone needing electrical work. The crew did great work for me and were a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely use Goat Electric again when I need more electrical work.

We requested help on a Sunday through yelp and they completed installation of three large light fixtures from 24 foot ceilings by Friday.  The price was reasonable; he underbid the work a bit initially but even with an adjustment I felt it was fair. From a customer service perspective they were very good.  They communicated with me as needed and were very friendly.  They came out to provide an estimate on the work. The two gentlemen were friendly (except one was not wearing a mask - as the office assured me is the rule, not the exception).  They told me exactly what the problem was and why - I was provided with 2-estimates based on the amount of work to be done.
Unfortunately, I found the estimates to be very high for the work to be done.  So, I ended up going with another solution (1/5th their estimate!).

Aaron Sallaway came out and tied into my back porch outlet, neatly ran conduit, and installed 3 weather protected outlets in preparation for installation of motorized patio sun shades.  The workmanship was excellent. Aaron ensured he did things exactly as I anticipated so there were no unpleasant surprises.  He even exceeded my expectations by concealing a wire run under a panel of hardie plank siding making for a cleaner look.  Once he confirmed my satisfaction, he thoroughly cleaned up and left the area neat and tidy.  Bottom Line:  extremely professional job.   Check out Live Oak Electric for your electrical needs....you won't be sorry.

The technician was reluctant to answer my questions. When I called the office, they too simply read the invoice to me and were unable to answer my questions about their recommendations. The costs for the repairs and modifications to my HVAC system seem very expensive and I noticed that several reviews here reported the same issues.

This company is way over-priced. I was stuck with him because my contractor had hired him. So I paid the way high bill. For several straight days I called asking him for an invoice so that I could figure out how much to collect from the contractor. How simple would it have been to provide this information to me. I didn't even get a courtesy call back. Nothing. Don't use this company.
