Best Bathroom Light Fixture Installation in Phoenix AZ

I have used this company in the past and received excellent service. The last two times I have used this company they have overcharged me for items that were caught once I received a detailed invoice and work was not completed correctly (Ex. Junction Box Installed with No Power Running to It). In addition, when I called and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and fix mistakes made as part of their installation process they no showed with on the appointment made. Very disappointing given previous positive experiences with this company. Recommend going elsewhere as service has diminished.

Diontae is the go to guy. A Veteran and a top notch electrician. Work was accomplished effectively and at a reasonable price. The crew cleaned up before leaving. I have requested extra work be done but have not heard back from big boss to explain estimate. I would recommend especially Diontae and crew. Just waiting for boss to call to schedule additional work.

Alex is awesome! Super nice guy, easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. He was incredibly flexible with our last minute timing as well. If you need an electrician, don't look at anyone else.

Our range kept throwing the breaker.  I replaced the breaker and then the outlet, all with no change. Oh, we also replaced the stove too but nothing would keep the use of the oven from throwing the breaker.  Dan came by and methodically inspected and measured amps drawn, then got another breaker from his van... and wouldn't you know it... the one I bought from Home Depot was bad..!! Thanks to Dan for quickly determining the minor problem when I thought for sure we would need another line run ($$).  The entire experience with Rio was easy, friendly, and pleasant.  Highly recommend them!

Steven replaced my entire electric panel. He was honest, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. He told me what I needed, what I didn't need, and what options I had. I had 4 highly-rated electricians give me a quote/assessment, and I chose Steven over the rest for all of the reasons I mentioned. My project required coordination with the city and power company, which Steven arranged quickly without any hiccups or delays. He was also on time for every appointment, which I appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to call The Wire Guy again for any project - big or small.

Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

This company is exceptional!!! They came out to my home and gave me a free quote. They were affordable and didn't try and change the price. What they quoted is what I paid. They were patient and worked with my schedule and timeframe. They handled all issues concerning city requirements and were determined to stay until the job was complete. They worked diligently and double checked all work areas. They were kind and respectful of my home and once the project was finished our home felt alot safer. Definitely will call on them again!!!

Took them two days to even come out to a no power issue, and then they messed up the panel resulting in melted breakers then left never to be seen again.  I spoke with the office man who assured me they would get an estimate together to replace the panel and get things rolling.  I pretty much gave them carte blanche to do the job.  It's been a week since I left two messages, no call backs, no estimates, just a non-working electrical panel.  No I would not recommend this company - a company my home warranty company ONEGUARD sent out.  If your warranty company schedules them - re-schedule.  Or get a different warranty company.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. Good, honest electricians are hard to come by but I found one. Thanks Hector

The work performed exceeded my expectations.  Got three quotes and the cost was very reasonable. Half the price of the big company, and provided recommendations that we had not thought of.  Tom did a fantastic job.  First, getting the microwave above the stove on a separate service line was a necessity as it solved the circuit breaker resets.  The new recessed LED lighting in place of the wall-mounted fixture in the bathroom is working great and it looks spectacular.  We had an outlet moved from the bathroom to the vanity on the other side of the wall and had another outlet added in its place in a more functional location, both on a new service line.  The new light feed for the vanity will work great for the added second sink.  He pays attention to detail.  The outlets are aligned perfectly, even the slots in the screws of the cover plates are aligned parallel !!

Total flakes.  Emailed (not called) 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say they could not be there.  Rescheduled and then did not show/call or email.  AVOID.

I am so disappointed with their work. I gave them most money than other construction work companies and this is what I received from them. Not quality work. I just find out another bad work they put in my kitchen. I have to have someone else to fix it. After paying them over $5400.

I reviewed them earlier and company post back stating give us a call we will move the outlet, which they put just next to the opening of a linen closet door, means you can't open the door unless you unplug what you might have plugged at the time. I called them but they never called me back. What that tells you. They say that to make them selves look good, but won't call back.

Let's see if they will fix the bad work they gave me in the kitchen and bathroom.

So so disappointing and makes me sad.
