Best Outlet Repair in Philadelphia PA

Don't hire these guys - very prompt and professional on giving pricey estimates, but after hiring them to do a big knob and tube remediation and upgrade job, they are weeks behind in wrapping up their work. I was promised they would wrap up on six separate occasions and each time a technician comes out to fix things more stuff is broken, and it takes two weeks to schedule another visit. Baffled by all of the high reviews for these guys, definitely expected more from such a high priced and well reviewed service, but these guys are no better than a crooked fly by night discount service.

I am very glad that I contacted Greg to fix the electrical problems in my house. Greg is very knowledgeable and professional. Other contractor I hired earlier couldn't find the problems. Greg found the issues right away and fixed them. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again should I need electrical work.

Larry's team is amazing.  Everyone is so patient, friendly, and incredibly thorough.  

Update: We recently used their services again to upgrade our electrical panel (200 amp 40 circuit) we are SO satisfied by the results!  I have future electrical projects for our new home and I will certainly use their services for each of them!

These guys are great! They've done multiple jobs for my home and business. They are friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely my go-to for any electrical work!

Cannot say enough great things about Joe & JDV Electric!

I bought a 1300 square foot home that was basically a complete remodel. I needed all the old knob and tube wiring removed and the whole house rewired. Joe walked me through the entire process and did all of the rough wiring in less than a week. That was with added obstacles such as 2 other contractors in the way. Joe then allowed me the time I needed to get the other contractors up to speed (putting up drywall and Spackle). He came back in after that was done to finish the job as soon as I asked him to. He put in the best recessed lights, dimmers, ceiling fans for me as well as some custom lights that I had ordered from Wayfair.

I did not have to deal with the inspections group of Philadelphia at all. Joe organized everything and passed with flying colors. Joe's attention to detail and professionalism surpass anyone I have ever worked with. He continued to support me after the job was completed with answering questions and dropping of small tid bits that I had forgotten. This was my first renovation and I simply could not have done it without Joe! As a young woman, I have been taken advantage of by some contractors on this renovation, this did NOT happen with JDV Electric. Ladies, I cannot tell you how appreciative I was to have an honest worker in my home. Joe will put your mind at rest and do right by you.

My husband and I were really disappointed to find out after the inspection of our future home that it would need to be completely rewired for safety purpose. We needed trustworthy electricians to get it done fast, well, and for a reasonable price so we could enjoy our first home as homeowners with peace of mind. We got three different quotes from Gen3 with different tiers of service and cost. I sent those quotes to multiple electricians to see if they could do better on price. iTech got back to me immediately. They said they would only do the top tier job so they could bring us up to code AND said they'd do it for 5k less than the Gen3 guys! Tony, Edison, and crew were responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, quick, thorough, and thoughtful in their work. They treated our home as if it were their own and cleaned up each time they left. They were flexible with our schedule and tolerant of our two small dogs even though the little one can be a little unwelcoming. They will be taking care of the electric in our house from now on. In fact, I called Tony today because we had a small problem with the bathroom switch. He came out right away and replaced the switch! Just like that! Thanks so much, iTech. While I didn't hire them, I found them to be very thorough in the repair explanation, extremely responsive from the first call and the written estimate very thorough. I am postponing the repair.

I had surgery and bending is almost impossible. I needed to move 3 outlets to waist height to put them in reach. I  looked at several prices and Dunn Master was very fair. He is starting a new business, although he has lots of experience. He and his assistant were able to install 3 outlets immediately before the holidays. I thought one outlet was difficult to plug in, so I called them back, and they came the next day. There was no problem; I just was afraid to push.
They were not only  excellent electricians, they were very respectful. They showed me a license and insurance, wore covers on their shoes, and cleaned up plaster work, like they were never here. They fixed a stuck garbage disposal and put in a wedge to reposition my Ring doorbell; gratis. They gave me a three year warranty on the work.
I would hire them again in a minute.

PG came out to restore power to our doorbell. They replaced the transformer quickly and without issue. They were right on time, professional, and did good work at a good price. Also good communication

After talking to the owner of the company I've got to change my review for this  company Steve said he would do whatever he could to help us now that's good service. I hope to b doing business with them real soon

This is the second time PEM has installed motion sensor outdoor lighting. The installation went well - we are pleased - hopefully the wild critters in our yard will not! Thanks

Reached out to a handful of local companies for my outlet repair and EP gave me the best price. Andi was fantastic on the customer service end - knowledgable, accommodating, and polite. He was able to get me squared away with an appointment next day!

Ron was the tech that came out. He arrived on time (a little early which was great), was very kind, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Great experience and his work was clean!

Joel is great to work with. We have now had him out for 2 different visits for various electrical fixes and projects. He fixed a bunch of issues that came up on our home inspection for our new home. He added an electric outlet so we could hook up an electric dryer. Today we had him out to install some new lighting in our living room that has 18 foot ceilings. He does great work at a fair price. He is also great with communication and is quick to answer any questions. We will for sure be calling him again!

Working with Ilir from Alba electric was an absolute pleasure. Ilir and his team are extremely professional and competent. They replaced our entire power panel, add a 220 for our dryer and another few more jboxs and outlets. Our house is very old,  and mid remodel process we realized some outlets and jboxs were not working, Ilir and his team came right back and made sure to repair all items promptly. Prices and scheduling were well communicated throughout the project. We definitely recommend Alba electric to anyone looking to upgrade their electrical system or any electrical repairs.

Chris is my go-to electrician.  I've used him about 5 or 6 times.  I live in a 50 year old house and I've slowly replaced a lot of outdoor and indoor lighting.  I use CWC all the time.  Always responsive, on time, fair prices, great work.  I Definitely recommend using CWC.

Love this company and the two staff electricians that were dispatched to my home. I was pretty nervous to contact an electrician from an online google search, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were honest, fast, explained well and repaired shoddy electrical work that I had done.
