Contacted On Phase for an estimate to install new wiring for a hot tub.  Estimate was the best price around.  Electrician was professional and helpful throughout the process.  Could not ask for a better electrician and will contact for all future electricial jobs.

Based on the reviews of previous consumers, I  decided to use Mr. Electric to install two new outlets. First the ladies that are in charge of booking the appointments are very nice and professional. Second the electrician was courtesy, knowledgeable and professional. Trhe company van that he was using had a small oil drip so he refused to park the van in my driveway to avoid staining my driveway. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Thirdly I thought that the pricing for the work was just a little on the high side; however, considering all phases of the company I decided it was worth the price. I highly recommend this company.

Called on a Thursday evening after waiting nearly two weeks for a different company to come fix my AC. Etchison was there the next day! The gentlemen were very kind, and were able to fix my problem (which two other companies had failed to do). Highly recommend!

Had to call Edge out on a Sunday.  We had calling fans and lights go out in 3 bedrooms.  Turned out, it was due to the wiring in the GFI outlet in our garage.  Great guy and very nice.  He explained things really well and also have us some advice going forward for a few other appliances and systems in the house.  We knew we were going to get a weekend charge and be more expensive than normal, but wasnt expecting the amount to go fishing for wires considering it only took an hour to complete the job.  I don't want to mark them down too much bc of that though, bc again it was a Sunday and wasn't an emergency.   They also came out pretty quick, 45 minutes after we called.  I would use their service again.

Called and scheduled an appointment but they never showed. Would have been fine if they would have called me back to reschedule.

Can't say anything good about this company!
I called and left messages several times and no one ever returned my calls or  left me a message! I would say if that's the way they handle their answering service part of their business; I don't want any part of the rest of their company.
