I had been a licensed journeyman electrician for 9 years before acquiring the electrical contractors license. From new home construction to remodels or manufactured homes, there is not anything I have not had personal experience in during my electrical career. I find Ben of Ben's Electric to be very unresponsive, unfortunately. I requested that he do some work, and he confirmed that he would be at the subject property two Fridays ago. Unfortunately, he never went to the property, and never communicated back to me that he hadn't gone and wasn't going to go. I'm very disappointed with his service, and wish Ben were a better communicator so I would have been able to have the work done promptly by someone that cares.
