I find Ben of Ben's Electric to be very unresponsive, unfortunately. I requested that he do some work, and he confirmed that he would be at the subject property two Fridays ago.  Unfortunately, he never went to the property, and never communicated back to me that he hadn't gone and wasn't going to go.  I'm very disappointed with his service, and wish Ben were a better communicator so I would have been able to have the work done promptly by someone that cares.

I contacted this company to fix an error from another company.  They were on time and promptly fixed the zoning problem- would absolutely use and recommend them!!

Excellent service with great people. Needed generac and they did super job. Fast efficient and kind. Price was reasonable too. Will recommend to everyone.

We needed to have canned lighting, or a recessed lighting installed in two of our closets. Flanco was very responsive. Cheyenne was very lovely and set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment I was contacted when the tack was on his way. I was provided a picture of our tech, Kurtis, via text.

Kurtis was very professional in his appearance and work. When he came in the house, he put booties over his shoes, so as not to track any dirt in. He reviewed the areas that I was requesting the lighting. He checked the rooms and attic to make sure that the improvements I wanted could be done safely. I received a quote. after I approved the lighting projects that I wanted done, he gathered the materials and returned with another tech.

I felt very comfortable, knowing that I had licensed and bonded electricians working on this project. The project in total only took maybe two hours, and I was thrilled with the results.

The work was done, cleanly, and completely, and I will be using them in the future.

Cody and the gang were great. We had what I thought was a small job that might have turned into a BIG job. He worked with the power company to get it fixed quickly. Thank you so much!

I usually don't like dealing with home improvement companies but I love Mr. Electric. I have had them out 3 times for various home improvement projects and they were fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They are also great at cleaning up before they leave.

Airco completely tore up our bathroom and left us to fend for ourselves to get mold and tile work completed.  I do not recommend anyone use this company.  I'm surprised they're still in business.

First I want to say the work was done correctly and they were professional in getting it done and explaining the process.  However, to charge $49.00 for the trip charge and then $285.00 to fix a simple short in the outlet that actually took about 20 minutes was totally excessive in my view.  There was an apprentice electrician that accompanied the one doing the work.  I can't help but think I must have been paying for two people instead of the one electrician I called for.  In their ad in the phone book it says they have the best prices in town! which I highly doubt.  Anyway, it was a lesson learned....needless to say I won't be using Edge Electric again.  If I needed electrical services, I will be checking home advisor and other places to find someone more reasonably priced.

I bought because I believe Dinan what was in their site, and Later I Discover ed they Chargee 3 times the market Chargee for the SERVICE !!!

Do not call these people just to come to your place of business or residence they  charge you $89 it is a scam! The technician that came out was not even fully certified electrician just a journeyman

I've never seen a company say one thing to their employees and then do the complete opposite. The owners are terrible people with no morals or values, only thinking of themselves. I would never higher this company solely based off of the owners.
