Showed up at the appointed time and diagnosed a difficult problem immediately.  The repair was swift and efficient and he cleaned up the area nicely.  Very fair price for the work.  I've tried several electricians that serve this neighborhood and this guy is the best.

I called them on Friday and I was told they'd try to come on Friday. They called and told me they'd come around 230PM. I had to leave for an emergency at work at 3, when the tech showed up and I told him I wasn't here but I left someone to show him what needs to get done his response was You gotta be kidding me, why are you wasting my time? I'm not going to go and deal with someone I haven't spoken to. I explained my emergency but he insisted that I was wasting his time. At that point i told him with that attitude I didn't want him working for me or anyone I know. His attitude sucked and I don't recommend them ever. Electricians are dime a dozen. If i could I'd give him negative STARS.

I just moved to the area and am so glad to have connected with John.  He was super quick to get back to my request and was able to fit me in on the weekend.  He and Mikey came prepared to work, and my light install ended up being a bigger project than we thought in an older co-op building.  Putting a light where there was none is no joke.  They ended up having to come back the next day to finish up, and I couldn't be happier.  They were a pleasure to have in my space, did lovely work, and John says he would even come back to do touch ups on the plaster work.  I'll definitely be calling them for future projects (easier ones I promise!).

I had an outlet spark on a Sunday morning, I spoke to Yonathan, he was here in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. Amazing fast service. Definitely will recommend

I had an emergency outage in an apartment. Electrify responded quickly; sent out a man to address the problem. He quickly reviewed what was causing the outage, was able to get things working again, and then proposed a longer term solution. The pricing was fair.

The Handyma'am team installed 7 new doorknobs in our apartment and mounted a shower curtain, and I'm going to be a forever fan. It was lightning-fast to book an appointment, and it only got easier/better from there: Katie uses careful and safe Covid-19 practices, took genuine interest in all of my in-progress and dream home projects, made friends with my dogs, and even gave me tips and tool recommendations for an upcoming project. thank you thank you!

We had a 11.30pm emergency where we lost all power. Erick came out in 45 min and got us back and running. He was honest and kept us calm. He sourced a hard to find part the next day and installed the part within 30min. We couldn't thank him more and will now use him for all our electrical needs. Would recommend to anyone! Just want to say how pleased we are with KB Electric.  Our electrician was Richie.  We needed a timer on our porch light....on at night, off in the morning. But needed a simple one that we could reset.  Richie listened then explained our options. Now we have the best light.  Thanks !!

Great service. I called and Casey arrived w/in an hour! Fixed my not so huge (but one was tricky, to me) problems--one a DIY moment that got complicated.  Professional and I thought totally reasonable. Friendly, helpful. Needed a plumber for a toilet leaked and Udi the owner responded to my Yelp quote within 24 hours. He was able to provide two potential solutions from the photos I provided him along with a quote all through Yelp messages. He was also able to provide a COI for my building very fast and a plumber from his team came out to service my apartment within 48 hours. Throughout was impressed by how quick his team was and his prices were reasonable after getting quotes from a number of companies.

they did a great job recaulking my shower, including repairing some other areas adjacent to the tub.  Pricing was fair/reasonable, and they were very responsive/easy to schedule the work.  Thank you!

Alex was great! He was nice, patient, reasonably priced, and efficient. It was very clear that he knows what he is doing and takes the time to explain some things about the electrical wiring in your house, if you're interested. I will definitely use him again.

I hired Alpha Electrical to do work in our dining room, master bath, basement and garage. He was on time when he stopped by for an estimate and when he was scheduled to complete the work. He was respectful in that he was clean, meticulous and neat. No signs that he had to open up walls or ceilings. I would not hesitate to hire them again. He is a professional. The work was exceptional!

BEWARE!!!

Hired this guy to do some odds and ends in my NY home as I travel a bit. He did a couple of small jobs for me and seemed reliable and trust worthy. Gave him the lock box info, so he could have access to get in for the work.

I get home one day to find sheets on the bed that I left bare... huh? Clothes strewn about. His iPad sitting on my bed and slippers under the nightstand. Has this guy been sleeping in my house?

I then noticed familiar liquor bottles on the book shelves and mantel above the bed. Rare stuff acquired from international travel that sit there empty. All of it. Every single ounce from every single bottle bottle was gone. Some of the stuff I'd never even opened.

You can imagine the anger and sense of betrayal when I find out he rummaged through boxes of my deceased mother's things and for sure stole an LV purse.

When I confronted him, he said he didn't want to stay with his grandmother... what?!  When I discussed it with a lawyer, they said there is little i could do legally because I have him access. Don't give this guy access to your home.

Eddie is fantastic.Punctual.Excellent communicator.Price seemed fair/consistent with prior fixture installation. Would 100% recommend him for any electrical work.

First Class Electric recently fixed an electrical problem in my rental. They were prompt, great rates, and were able to quickly identify and correct the issue in under an hour. What a relief!

Spoke with both brothers who own business for free estmate.  Jason listened carefully and patiently to very detailed description of work to be done with work area description over the phone and gave me price breakdown of work as an idea for what each work would run.  He referred me to another electrical business (Jared) who they refer business to  when they can't take on additional work.  Jason gets 5 stars for patience, phone manners (yes, i am old school, phone manners are important), and phone estimate numbers; his estimate was in line with two other estimators who came on site; I'm waiting for Jared's estimate.
