We had some electric issue that no one was able to resolve. These guys are very professional, they patiently figured out the problem and resolved it. Definitely recommend.

Some of my lights started blinking for no apparent reason. I had someone check it out and they were unsure of what to do so I called Con Edison. They said it was a serious problem. Apparently it was something called an H block that needed to be replaced. I called different electrical contractors, and I had quite a variance on prices, but decided on Catello and  it was the right choice.
Kate, who works in the office, was so helpful and answered all my questions.
On the day of the job, Adam and Dave came to the house. Can't say enough about them. Explained everything, cleaned up afterwards, no problems whatsoever, I highly recommend them.

Outstanding company. My house is 60 years old and my 40 year old circuit breaker was burning up on Memorial Day weekend. It was also the hottest day too. Krantz Electric responded to my call quickly while others told me I had to wait until after Memorial Day even when I explained I have a disabled Mom. I'm glad now they did because Krantz is a licensed electrician and has over 30 years experience and knows how to get the job done right. He explained things very thoroughly and showed me what needs to be done. I highly recommend this company.

At about 8:30 a.m.on July 31, 2017 I made an appointment. I was looking forward to seeing them at 5 p.m., and waited around all day, but they never showed up.

Bill was quick to identify the surprisingly mundane source of an important circuit , which had left us in the dark for two months when the local feudal lord Electrician deigned us unworthy of return visit, as was i was rude enough to call twice to complain. - Did you know that there are special circuit breakers for LED lights.? They drove out and retrieved a replacement from electrical supply store. In a jiff
Another repair will require excavation on the outside grounds, which may have to wait till the spring thaw.
Otherwise numerous cameras, doorbells and light switches stil await  my long delayed  implementation of a smart home system that I purchased six months ago, before I realized that I'm not that smart, and that setting up a wi fi network, is slightly less complicated than launching a interplanetary space probe program.
Haven't got the bill yet, but I have high hopes that my faith will be restored in this state,a wasteland of consumer protection.

This man is a scam artist. Do not waste your time or money on him. He took my money without completing a project. He never answered his phone call from the number I initially communicated with him. When I finally got in touch with him 2 weeks later from another number he finally answered his phone, but lied about his child having a seizure. He agreed to come finish the project to no availability for the 2nd time. Do'not trust Michael.

This was a fraud. They sent a technician that for $125 wasn't able to even give an estimate for the job and they want me to pay again to send a technician. Ridiculous!!! Don't call them.
