Yes you did refund the original fee and provided a new quote.  However,  the information here is accurate.  The original quote was provided as stated previously.  Your Customer Service professional advised me that the information provided may have been miss quoted but it is what provided.  There may be a training issue or something else. My experience is what it was. Keeping it honest. Others experience may lead to different results.  I say find out for yourself and communicate what you find your experience to be!

I would HIGHLY recommend KS Electric. We bought our home in Brentwood just a year ago. While the electrical passed inspection, we later found numerous issues issues left by the previous owners who had some handy man do their electrical. We had three way switches not working, lights flickering, unsafe wiring outside. After our dimmer went out in the kitchen I needed someone fast. KS Electric was prompt to communicate and provided a very competitive bid. He came out the same day and completed the work. He even fixed some additional items that were found once we opened up the outlets. He communicated at each step of the way and held the pricing to our original bid even though he did more than what was quoted. He was extremely reasonable and I will he using him for some additional. It's not often I say it was a pleasure when working with tradesman but I can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife is happy to have lighting again.

I had them come and install a few extra outlets in my unfinished room above my garage. They were fast to make an appointment for me and came and knocked it out super quickly. It all looks professionally done and very neat and tidy. Well worth it rather than trying to DIY it myself. Thanks!

Excellence in both services and professionalism.  In the past I have dealt with other companies that have done just an ok job where I had to clean up behind!  However I must say none of the other providers came close to the level of services, timeliness or prices!  Very fair, competitive and Reasonable! Never called after providing a contact number

They installed a Ring System for us in Aug 2021 and hung our fiat screen tv's and connected everything to our home. WiFi.  All went well at that point.
In Feb 2021 our 60 flat screen was coming loose from the wall so I took the TV down.  I discovered that the installers did not secure the TV my using wall studs.  They choose to use anchor bolts into the drywall instead. This lasted 6 months.  Just happy that kids were not around when it started cin

We needed our heat pump replaced and a mini split installed and Jesse did a great job of helping us. He explained everything and even did an involved test to check and make sure we were getting the right size for our house. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

Super awesome service and professional. Bob changed out our panel, added grounds, and did a bunch of other things to bring our house up to code and make it safe. When dealing with electrical you want someone who really knows what they are doing. Bob definitely knows electrical and didn't cut corners. The job was done well and done right.

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. Repaired a small water leak from the crawl space. Charged $333 ($299 w/mil discount). I'll need to do some research on whether this is a normal charge. Technician was professional. Was seen promptly the day after I called.

I have to agree with many others who have become disenchanted with Lee Company. After several years of doing business with Lee Company I'm pulling the plug on them. Over the last couple of years I've noticed that their bi-annual preventative business model has changed. Now, according to their service team, they are expected to up sell customers. One serviceman told me my manager gets upset when we don't finds things to fix, but I'm not like that. I'm not going to tell you to fix something that don't need to be fixed now.
I feel like I'm paying them to come collect extra money every six months!

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues.  Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

Worked with Lee Company to add an outdoor junction box and an outdoor outlet to my house.  They came out looked at what I wanted.  Quoted me a price.  Told me when someone would be out.  They were there on time, got the work done quickly and without disturbing anything I had going on at home.  They were done quickly, they did not have to even turn off the power!  Everything looked perfect, very professional polite people.  I would use them to do work at my house again.

My and my husband's heating broke. The very day of our appointment, we not only received a new unit installed, the people who helped us were so kind. Thank you so much Koi, Brett, Tim, and Andy. You guys are so Amazing!!!
