Established in 1944. Lee Company began in 1944 with L. Leon Lee servicing refrigeration and heating equipment using only one vehicle. His vision for business was focused on people and superior technical expertise, which he considered a critical element to a successful mechanical services business. Today, that vision has been carried on through three generations, and the family-owned company has become the largest mechanical contractor in Tennessee with over 1,200 employees. This $225 million mechanical contracting company provides facility solutions and home services to customers throughout the region. Service scheduling was not only quick (they even had same day available) but flexible. The scheduling window was narrow -- they did not make me block out a 12 hour window during which they might arrive, but booked and arrived within a 30-minute window.

Technician was clean, friendly, personable, and efficient. Work was quick and well done. Happy with the service, they will be my first choice for future electrical work.

We use Lee Company and twice a year they check Heating/AC and out electrical. This is a straight forward company with honest service personnel. I also like very much receiving a military discount when we need work to be done.

They call ahead, put covers on shoes for entering the house, review everything, take photos, and explain everything as detailed as you would like. Even when work is required or they find something they don't do a hard sell. They may say this has to be done or they may say you might want to schedule this as this should be done every say 5 years for duct cleaning. Then they can give you the price and you can decide on the scheduling.

Taking pics of my A/C or him standing next to the unit would do little to aid this review. The proof is in the satisfaction. We are totally satisfied.

Lee Company has already been to our home twice: to add a supply line for a gas dryer and to perform routine maintenance on the HVAC systems. On both calls the technicians called when enroute and arrived early in their scheduled windows. All work accomplished in a timely fashion. Both teams cleaned up things before they left. Prices were reasonable. I even signed up for an annual service plan. Good folks!
