Zenith Electric installed an EV charging station at my home. They did excellent work, were very friendly, and I really appreciate the timely communication throughout the process. I'll definitely use them again for any upcoming projects.

WASTE OF TIME!!!!

I woke up early and made sure to be ready before the electrician was supposed to arrive - between 8 and 9 am. At 8:15 I called because I never did get a confirmation and wanted to make sure they were coming. The person I spoke with said yes they will be there between 9 and 11 as I was hanging up.

What? No, they insisted I be home and not my family because I was the Client so I got up early and made sure I could get to work late, but they would be there between 8 and 9.

I called back and was told oh yeah, between 9 and 11. That wasn't going to work so I said they will have to work with my mom because I needed to get to work. She said great and someone will be there. My mom waited, and waited, and waited - and no one showed. Meanwhile she couldn't do anything in case they showed up so her morning was wasted.

At 11:27 am I got a call saying they really want me to be there so when would be a good time. I responded saying what - you mean my mom has been waiting and no one was even on their way - so I said no I don't want to work with them and enough time has been wasted. I will use someone else.

Then the texts started - saying they had left a voicemail and called twice. I even got a screenshot  of the call log to my phone - two calls - one for 1 second and one lasting a whole 8 seconds. I know you can't even get through my voicemail in 8 seconds let alone leave a message in that time, so they just were lying.

I wasted so many hours because of BK electric and even though they offered a discount I can't trust them to show up even for an estimate, let alone for real work. They offered me a discount too, but when they are this flaky I can't really risk losing more time for them to not show up.

Gabriel is a true pro.  He did a very good job with troubleshooting and recommendations and so evidently cared about his work, putting in off-the-clock time to make sure the spackling was perfect.  Also, excellent work ethic.  I watched him do a 9 hour day with just a half hour break.  The man is a machine!

Scott also dropped by a couple times throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  I overheard them make several calls back forth to communicate what was happening.  Seems like they have a great team dynamic going!  

After so many horrible vendors for various services, I'm glad I don't have to look for any other electricians.  I'll definitely be using them every single time.

Needed to install a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger, but the house panel needed an upgrade as well... Hector from Got Light Electric was very easy to work with and gave a very straight forward price which was very competitive.

He maintained excellent communication and stayed on top of the project! His crew got the project done in 2 days. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to install any EV Charger in the house!

Called them Monday evening, they were out the next day to install/repair some outlets and a light fixture. Great service, fast response time, quick service, they were in and out. Can't recommend more. Thanks Manny and team.

Mario will now be my go-to for electrical work.  He showed up on time with his apprentice, quickly appraised the work that needed to be done and did the work within the time and budget estimated.  As a matter of fact, I asked if he could also do a couple of small jobs that needed to be done (installing a couple of GFI's) and he did that as well - still within the budget he originally quoted online.  He left the workplace as clean as he found it as well.  Great work!

Late review- Last month our electric gate malfunctioned. We called an electrician- they sent us a technician, he was unable to fix the gate, clue less... he tried to sell us a new motor for $ 2800. My husband called another company, with the same result. The 3rd call, Turn electric, Steve, the man did not give up and he was able to fix the motor. Now our gate is working, and did not try to sell us a new motor. After Steve left, we were like family, i knew his wife, kids and his country of origin. human-kindness and integrity still exist. Thank you so much Steve.

East West Electric just helped to remove a ceiling fixture in my living room with a chandelier. Nashan and his helper did a great job! I liked how they covered my carpet with a thin plastic covering to ensure that it doesn't get damaged or dirty during the removal and installation. Since they did so well, I asked if they had time to fix an adjustable light switch - they did. They completed both projects in less than 2 hours. Their prices are fair. I highly recommend.

Manuel, Coco, and the crew were fantastic!  Extremely personable, and great communication every step of the way.  The job was completed in a timely, neat manner, and for a very good price.  I will be hiring them for all my electrical needs!

Did a great job! I changed out all of my switches and exterior lights.  They were fast and professional.

Our fire alarms were blaring non-stop.  I changed the batteries to no avail. The firefighters even came because I was not sure why our alarms were going off (and I wanted to rule out a fire I could not find).  There was (thankfully) no fire.

   The alarms are hard wired and linked together.  I called Chris the Electrician with the sound of the alarms sounding in the background.  He came right away  (within 10 minutes!) and figured out which one had gone bad after testing and checking a few of them.  He turned our house into a place of golden silence once again and replaced the one that went bad for a very reasonable price.  Don't hesitate to call him.  He is very nice and gets the job done competently and quickly!

Yarin! ....Yarin, Yarin Yarin!! Remember that name because this is the electrician who solved all of our problems. We just moved into our first home and I had tried to change out a ceiling fan to a flush mount light fixture. It looked like a can of worms when I opened up the outlet. Suddenly lights throughout the house weren't working and I knew I had to call in a pro.
I called American Electric Service and not only were they were super quick with a response and helped me set up an appointment right away.

Yarin showed up ready to work and was so professional, courteous and very down to earth. He explained everything to me in easy to understand terms and was able to figure out the problem. He said he loves figuring out these issues because its kind of like a puzzle to him, which I knew meant he wasn't going to walk away until the job was done to perfection!
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction and he left it clean and tidy.

We were very impressed and will 100% be referring Yarin and American Electric Service to our friends and family! Thank you Yarin!

Steve was great! He came out on a Friday night to replace a fuse box. Got it done quickly and efficiently. He waited at the warehouse for hours waiting for a part to come in and still came back with a great attitude. Very helpful. Answered all my questions. Absolutely recommend.
