My real estate agent recommended B&K Electric for my home inspection.  Leland came out and was very friendly.  He found a major issue that the grounding stake was not attached.  He also found a bunch of outlets in wet locations that were not GFCI.  I remember Leland later when I stuck an outlet tester into a 3 prong outlet and found that some outlets were not grounded.  I called him and explained the situation.  He said he would come take a look at it.  He made an appointment, but never showed up or ever called me again.  It's been over two weeks!  He seems like a competent electrician even though he missed the fact some outlets weren't grounded.  However, I think there is no excuse for making appointments and never showing up or calling.

I'll be calling Seven Electric the next time I need an electrician.  Called in the morning for an estimate and Manny was able to come out that afternoon.  He and his colleague completed my to-do list of six items including installing a ceiling fan, fixing some switches and outlets and installing a GFCI outlet for my jacuzzi tub.  All that was completed within 2 hours and for a fair price.  Manny was conscientious and handled my furniture with care and had an overall friendly attitude.  Thanks, Manny.

I experienced excellent service throughout - from the moment I requested an estimate on the service through the actual scheduling. Omer was professional and helpful and, thankfully, very fair-priced. His team arrived the following day with proper drop cloths and care to ensure the cleanliness of my house. They reviewed the work they had planned to do and, once I approved, quickly completed both jobs.

One of the best companies we've hired in almost 20 years in business.  We own several preschool buildings and have lots of electrical issues popping up.  Manuel responds to our needs the same day and sometimes within minutes.  He calls to update us and make sure we approve anything out of the norm.  He completes the work very quickly.  At a time when professional services are unreliable and difficult at best, Manuel and A First are reliable, reasonable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I gave these guys a call to describe an electrical problem I wanted them to stop by and help fix. The guy (I was remiss in asking his name) who answered the phone talked me through a couple basic things that actually fixed the problem. He was so helpful and kind and didn't want me to waste the drive-out/assessment fee for something that would've taken him moments to fix. So basically, they're at the top of my list when something goes wrong, I know already that it's a very honorable company.

If I could give them less than one star I would. It is unbelievable what these guys put me through. I called them on a Saturday to see if they could come out to install some recessed lights in a beadboard ceiling I have. The guy who schedules says sure, we can get you booked in for tomorrow (Sunday). The window is 11am to 2pm. At 2:15pm, no call and no show. I call to ask where they are and this guy says Oh, they aren't there? They should be there any minute. They were just on their way to you.  So, while I was annoyed that they never called to say they would be coming beyond the 3 hour window they gave - I assumed they were very busy and would be by shortly. An hour later - no show, no call. I call back and ask what's going on and am eventually told that the job took longer than expected and they won't be able to come out that day. So ... the job took longer than expected or were they on their way an hour ago? That's the first sign this company is unprofessional and disorganized, and I should have moved on there, but given all the amazing reviews I decide to press forward and book them to come out a week later.

First they say they'll be there on Monday (Labor Day) at which point I tell them that's a holiday - are you sure? Then they say they'll be there at 8am on Tuesday. Great. I'm all booked. Four hours later I get a call from the scheduler ... I just wanted to give you a call and book a time to come out. Huh??? I'm already booked for Tuesday at 8am. The guy says ... Oh, really? Sorry, but it's Rosh Hashanah and we don't work that day so we'll have to come out on Thursday.

So ... they don't work on Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah or the day after Rosh Hashanah. Okay, so I guess Thursday it is and they say they will be there first thing at 8am. Well guess what ... 8:15am, no show, no call. I call this guy again and say - What's going on? Are you on your way or what? It's 8:15 am and you were supposed to be here at 8am. He's totally confused. Obviously he completely forgot that I was booked and was scrambling to make excuses.  He needs to check his schedule and call me back. I get a call back and I'm told that they had an appointment before me (before 8am?) and it's running a bit over but they'll be there shortly. Three hours go by, no show, no call. I call them ... what is going on ... are you guys coming or what? Oh yes, I just spoke to them and they were on their way to you ... they left half an hour ago and should be there like ... right now ... any minute. Another hour passes. No show. No call. I call them ... AGAIN.  Really?? An hour has passed but they were on their way?? I say.  Finally this guy has Yarin call me from the field and he tells me that they can't come tonight and they want to reschedule, etc. Mind you, this is now about 5pm - NINE HOURS after they were supposed to show up at my house. I insist that he come to my house to quote the project that night given that he made me wait ALL DAY long on two separate days at this point.

Yarin comes to the house and proceeds to tell me how I need to install the smart switch of his choosing (not the job I asked him out for) and how I need to install the recessed lights HE wants me to use instead of the ones I have literally everywhere else in my house and have already purchased. Literally everything this guy looks at he just tells you what he's going to do instead of asking what you want to do. Then he quotes, on the spot, some shady-ass overpriced amount for installing recessed lights - something like 150/light - which, btw, I already had electricity running to every light and I was providing the trim, so it was just providing and popping in cans. The whole experience was just absurd and these guys caused me to lose 2 weeks of time on this project just because they could simply give me a quote and couldn't keep an appointment. Disorganized doesn't even begin to explain it. They have no regard for people's time and they are a complete rip-off.

Save yourself a huge headache.

Showed up on time and repaired the various problems quickly and at a great price.  Will use them again.

Used John twice and perfect.  

He did something for me that two other electricians wanted 3x the price for and wanted to make it complicated.  John goes for simple, but safe.  He's a clean worker too.

Bobby came to the rescue yet again. He came out yesterday to fix another electrician's mistake.  The previous electrician had wired the heater to a light switch. It was a confusing situation and Bobby took his time to trouble shoot for the problem.  If you are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and patient electrician, Bobby is your man!  Thank you so much!

Great Service on time and got my 34 Solar panels shining bright, Took him almost two hours to clean them all specially I have a two story house, I would definitely use them in the future.

I was very impressed by Bryden Electrical. The customer service is outstanding and the work is done efficiently and effectively.  I called them because I wanted and needed to have all of the smoke alarms in our home replaced. Anthony was incredible!  He asked me a ton of questions over the phone to ensure that the work would be done in a way that saved me the most time and money. He knows his stuff and was informative and helpful.  Andre did the work and was equally proficient. He showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgable and excellent at his job. I will call them for any and all of my electrical needs.  A+!

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

I contacted live conductor on their phone number 7AM Dec16. The outlets in my room were out and I couldnt fix that myself after trying a few things. I was able to get a general idea of the pricing on our first call and set up a same day appointment which is 5star in my book!
Even though they were busy, they were able to come in and troubleshoot my room and take care of the problem fast and effectively.
No cons to the service done! 10/10

The most professional company I have ever worked with. From the moment I called about an electrical issue in my condo ( ofcourse my luck ) they were extremely helpful. Arthur came by, arrived early and I was just amazed at his level of professionalism. Super nice, introduced himself to my whole family and got to work. After evaluating the issue, he made some key recommendations and gave me a very reasonable price for the fix. He came the following the day after and took care of the problem after I agreed to the quote. ARS is now my go to company for any services needed and will definitely ask for Arthur next time. We called George after getting the usual run around from other local services: overpriced or two weeks out to even make an appointment. George was able to give us a very prompt response and came on time. His prices are great and he gets things done very quickly! No bs, no attitude, just the way we like it. We just bought an electric car and we will have The Electrician come back to help us install a Level 2 EV charger, he gave us the most competitive pricing.
