Called Alex on Sunday for an emergency, he showed up in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. He was polite and professional, I will definitely use him again.

My bathroom fan was not working due to electric problems. I requested a few quotes on yelp and they were the first time to reply. Wow. The electrician was super professional and showed up on time. My electrical problem was fixed in no time. The quote they provided was competitive and reasonable.
They will probably be my go to electrician now.

One night, I noticed some electric outlets in the house weren't working.  Checked the circuit board and saw two breakers that tripped.  So, I flipped them, but suprisingly, experienced a huge spark and flame which set me back. The panel door slammed shut, and behind it, I heard something crackling and then a pop!  Oh boy...

Called a few friends, but no one had a good electrician they could recommend...(only bad ones!)  The reviews for East West Electric were excellent and now, I know why!

I called a few others, but some had voicemail, others weren't available, but East West asked me my location and got me on their schedule as soon as possible.   I was happy to see two electricians arrive, because it's easier and faster to do repairs when at least two people work together.

They quickly diagnosed the issue, (which had to do with water, after all this rain) and made solid repairs....no quick fixes...they did GOOD job which left me very confident in their workmanship.  They were professional, caring and very attentive to the work area, making sure it was always safe and neat.  They were even kind enought to do an extra small side repair that I hadn't originally mentioned, which they had no obligation to do - proof of their quality customer service and satisfaction!

There is a fee for them to come out to diagnose the problem, but after all, what business is going to take the time to come to your home for free nowadays?  However, in the end, the overall fee was very reasonable ....especially for the time and care they took to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this company for any electrical needs and will definitely use them again.

Manuel is the best Electrician I have ever worked with. He has helped us since 2010 with all our landscaping lights, interior lights, security cameras, and everything else electrical. He is very reliable, trust worthy, pleasant, punctual and does quality work at a very reasonable price. I wish I could clone him for all other types of work I need done around my house.

Intelectric was referred to me from a friend, I was interested in a whole house generator. I was given thorough informative information on all my options... not only do I have a whole house generator, it was installed in a timely manner, no mess and Mitch Weiner made sure before they left that we knew how to operate... I would highly recommend this company. I normally do not rate companies, this is the first time. Just nice to have great service and not feel like we have been taken advantage of.

Great electrician.  Offered to come very next day for a free estimate which other companies were unwilling to do.  Great communication, on time, and courteous. Actual price ended up being less than the estimate because Arvin was able to find an easier way of solving the problem without having to cut through the drywall.  Which saved me a bunch of time and money.  Will recommend to friends and family.  Thanks again!!!

Liron & his team did the electric in my whole house: put LED recess lights (saves a lot of $$ on my electric bill), put child safe outlets (the best), dimmers in selected rooms, lights outside the house... They were very pleasant, reliable, professional & fast. I would recommend them to my family & friends (some also used them & were very happy), and to anyone who is looking for honest hard working guys that will do an amazing job.

Scott is a great guy. Did his best to help me over the phone at no charge. Coached me on how to deal with DWP. In the end I did have him come out do some trouble shooting and I think he earned his fee. I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to neighbors.

Steve Gold is the best electrician I've found in Los Angeles. We have lived in two multi-unit buildings, served on the HOA of one, and I wish we had known about All Electrical Solutions back then. I wanted an owner/operator, licensed, professional, clean, courteous electrician who wouldn't try to oversell me and also took pride in a job well done. That's Steve! I usually handle all the house repairs since its easier for me to take time off work than my husband, and I'm always fighting the battle of the male contractor versus the 'lady of the house' talking-down drama, but Steve treated me with nothing but respect. I've managed multiple renovations, both small and large scale, so I know a few things but I still ask questions so I'm clear about what's going on with the job, no matter how small. Steve is a great communicator and does excellent work. We moved into a 1926 house with old two prong outlets. He replaced every outlet fairly quickly, without leaving a mess behind him. Before he removed even one outlet cover he said, I'll do my best not to chip this paint but just in case, do you have extra paint for touch ups? I knew he cared about the work he was doing and he didn't chip a thing. I also did not feel the need to watch over him which was a giant stress relief, he always let me know what he was doing/was going to do before he did it - and that was so very appreciated. He also inspected the electrical panel and any visible wiring. I had a few concerns about some old damage (a burned garage door opener, random wires hanging loose, an old electrical panel, a timer with wild wires, etc) and he inspected every one, explained what they were/had been used for, and made sure nothing was live/dangerous. He even labeled the new electrical panel outside that had been left blank by the previous electrician, informed me which outlets were on which circuit, and that it would most likely trip the breaker if I ran a vacuum and a hair dryer at once (I have yet to perfect that multi-tasking trick). He was well-spoken, educated, polite, professional in demeanor and appearance, and overall awesome. He even emails, which is great because I don't always have time to take a phone call at work, and I was able to send photos of the outlets needing to be replaced (he brought the new outlet covers and I paid for the supplies). I highly recommend his services and would hire him again. Even though mine was a relatively small job, I felt like a number one customer.

After calling several electricians and not getting a call back from most, I found Mario Castillo Electric. This company was less expensive than other electric quotes I got, and were also so impressive with how efficient they were in their communications with me. Mario came out and gave me a clear quote on several things I needed done, and I received an email soon after speaking with him with everything in writing. His  staff, including electrician Sergio, came to my home to do the work on time, and were courteous and professional while they were there, and completed the work exactly as we asked them to. I am happy to have found them and plan to return to them in the future for all our electric needs. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a professional, dependable and efficient electrician.

I didn't actually use their service, but called on behalf of a business that I work for; I was extremely pleased with their courtesy and honesty. The guy told me that he couldn't help me but told me who to call and what services I needed. The other people I called were rude and ready to hang up. Now I see why they have such high marks!

If our business needs their service I'll definitely be calling them.

What an amazing company! I spoke to Billy on the phone and he patiently helped me trouble shoot a problem in my house. I though I was having a major electrical problem and after his professional advice it appears it's just the marriage between my LED dimmer and lights. He was professional and extremely helpful!

Just had multiple outlets and recessed lights added and couldn't be happier with the service. Gary and Joe were very thorough and explained all the details of each step and option. As new renovators, we appreciate the honest feedback and hard work. Definitely working with them again.

Chris has been out twice for different projects ranging from moving a power outlet to installing lighting. Each time he has been a true pleasure to work with. His work is fast, clean, and the price is great for the level of service. I can't recommend him and his team enough!

I setup an appointment for an estimate on replacing my bathroom ceiling fan with an identical fan and replacing a dimmer light switch. They emailed me an electronic contract saying I agree to pay them $25 dollars for coming out no matter what (RED FLAG #1). The technician arrives on time and immediately says that he won't be able to do the job today because he has a bigger job to go do, but he will give me an estimate and come back tomorrow to do the job (RED FLAG #2). So I show him the job - and he gives me an outrageous quote of $1200 (RED FLAG #3). I later got the job done by another electrician for only $300 (75% less). Looks like these guys are in the business of collecting $25 until they find fools willing to pay way too much. I feel like an idiot for not heeding the first red flag.

John at Crown Electric recently installed five ceiling fans and two designer pendant lights for us. While most of these had existing junction boxes and were straightforward, two required retrofitting new fixtures into the house. I was very impressed that John was able to add these without any additional holes in the wall that required additional patching, even though neither location had full attic access. All seven installations were done very well and correctly in the first attempt.

In addition to the quality work, we found John responsive and easy to communicate with. We mostly used texting which made things really easy and convenient. John was also the only electrician who was able to provide us a quote and schedule the install on his first visit.

I would work with Crown Electric again and recommend them without hesitation.
