Pawel is easy to get in touch with and comes around really quick. I had a few trees pull lines down off my house and his team did a great job of relocating them to code and getting the lines back up. I've worked with David Electric a couple times since then to power a garage and move a light switch inside my house. Always good stuff. And priced well.

Fantastic Job. I needed to move an electrical box to install a new light. They double checked twice to ensure work would be completed correctly and had the work done in no time.

My AES Power meter pole ripped off of my house during a storm. Turns out the contractor that installed it years ago, did so incorrectly. The height, the materials, and the wall anchoring were not to the electric company's standards. So, it failed. Luckily, we did not lose power, or have the power line sparking on wood fences and cars.

Tim, from IWE Electrical Service, came out and pointed out all the problems with the old install. Then, he corrected those problems in the way a licensed electrician should.

I heard a buzzing in my bedroom outlet and called for emergency service and they fit me in and were at my house within 30 minutes.
Zack said it was definitely a fire getting ready to start from the arching in the wall from improper and ancient aluminum wiring.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I recently renovated my kitchen and needed wiring set up for a dishwasher, disposal, and oven range. Jefferson Electric exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, with two electricians, listened to our needs, and got to work. Contacted Patrick for help on a long list of electric work after getting my home inspection report. Being a new homeowner, I appreciated his candor on what was higher priority and lower priority on the list since I didn't have the funds to do the whole list right after purchasing my home. I am currently redoing a half bath and needed some electric work completed before I went on to the next steps. He fit me into the same weeks' schedule although he was busy so I was able to move forward with my bathroom remodel. I could not recommend him enough!

Had a ceiling fan light kit that needed attachment and after months of waiting for my buddy,  I hired Copper Electric.  On time and were true to the estimate.

I needed some electrical work done. I called Mister Quik to get a Quote. On the phone the girl tried three time to get me to agree to a $69.00 service call fee. When I finally told her I'd call another company, she waved the fee. So out comes the tech... first thing out of his mouth was the service fee... See Ya Later... No Fee...

Messaged this business yesterday and got a call today and an appt was set for 3:30pm same day. At 3:45 I got a text stating "I'm about to be on my way. I had family come visit". I asked how soon he would be here and he responded, "I'm leaving here at 4pm so I believe it's 15mins to you".
It has been over an hour and no call, no show. Completely unprofessional. This is your business and shows that you do not care for it or the customer. You lost a potential customer and future customers.

He gave me a bid for new AC and air handler! When he came he cut gas line and just let it go in air! He then installed old equipment! Air handler is 10 years old, A/C is 6! I had different contractor tell me how of everything was! The day I told him not to come back he pulled permit 2 weeks after he started! Lines are two small! Electric is in wrong! Thermostat wired wrong! He bypassed my heat pump so it wouldn't even kick on! This is all supposed to be brand new equipment why is he bypassing!!! Awful experience! I want my money back and he can have his 10 year old equipment back! Everything has to be replaced! I am suing him!

A little over a year ago in November of 2017 I was negotiating to purchase my house on 17th Avenue in Beech Grove. The property was built in 1918 and was in 2017 owned by William Croasmun Jr.

During the requisite home inspection my home inspector expressed concerns about the remaining live knob and tube wiring in the home. Croasmun advised me to contact the electrician who had done work on the house and who also, I was naively pleased to learn, was electrical inspector for the city of Beech Grove. I spoke to Mr. Mike Hughes on the phone. In addition to being unpleasant and condescending, he scoffed at the concerns of the home inspector and told me in sarcastic tones that anyone who purchases an older home should expect knob and tube wiring and it is not necessary to do anything about this.  A year later and a little wiser and having spoken to other area electricians and experts, of course I realize that this is not the case. I also realize, in hindsight, that Mr. Hughes was colluding with seller Croasmun so that Croasmun would not be obligated to make any electrical improvements.  

I am not naive enough to believe that every electrician I encounter will be honest and ethical, however I do not believe that a dishonest and manipulative electrician like Mike Hughes should be an inspector for the city of Beech Grove (or any government organization). I will be pursuing this with the Better Business Bureau and any other agencies that I think might be in a position to protect the interests of future Indianapolis home buyers"
