We had just moved into our SoBro home when we noticed that our lights flashed on and off all of the time. Electrical wires were sparking in the basement, and almost shocked our plumber- YIKES! I had no idea who to call, as we had just moved to Indy from Houston. I went on Yelp, looked to see who had great reviews, and called David Electric. They were busy that day, but when the owner heard what was going on, he got a crew to our home in about two hours. The crew diagnosed the problem and made the minor repairs to insure our immediate safety. More work was needed, so the owner, a master electrician, came by to inspect the situation. We needed quite a lot of work that would also involve IPL. The owner quickly submitted a bid to us. The price was fair, and the two step project started. Besides providing quality, professional work, Pawel David was there to deal with IPL and AT&T. He also took all of the necessary steps to deal with the city. Pawel, Chris, Jose and Willy provided excellent, quality work that was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Fantastic Job. I needed to move an electrical box to install a new light. They double checked twice to ensure work would be completed correctly and had the work done in no time.

We had ordered appliances from Home Depot, but getting them to install them in any kind of reasonable time line was impossible. Five days before Christmas, there we are with a new double oven and vent hood, with no clear way to get them installed. I called IWE, and Tim got back to me within two days, coming out to review the work we needed and give us an estimate. Tim did a fantastic job on these difficult installations the very next day. With a winter storm approaching that afternoon, he removed the old oven and installed the new one, and did the same with the vent hood. Those ovens are incredibly heavy, and my wife and I were glad we didn't try this on our own. Tim was courteous, on-time, did great work, and charged a reasonable price (I think he and a colleague spent about 3.5 hours on the job and charged $400). I KNOW we are going to be calling Tim again for future electrical work; you should consider doing the same!

Really good electrician came out and replaced some switches. Took him less then an hr to complete and worked with me to avoid him having to visit my house in the future (saved me over a $100).

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Kit is so reliable and affordable. We've been using his services for several years in Anderson and Muncie. He has helped us manage some major repairs such as plumbing issues, electrical, painting,  drywall..you name it he can fix it. The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

Contacted Patrick for help on a long list of electric work after getting my home inspection report. Being a new homeowner, I appreciated his candor on what was higher priority and lower priority on the list since I didn't have the funds to do the whole list right after purchasing my home. I am currently redoing a half bath and needed some electric work completed before I went on to the next steps. He fit me into the same weeks' schedule although he was busy so I was able to move forward with my bathroom remodel. I could not recommend him enough!

Had a ceiling fan light kit that needed attachment and after months of waiting for my buddy,  I hired Copper Electric.  On time and were true to the estimate.

The technicians are OK (some are more respectful than others). My problem though, is the fact that they will put a very steep price on any repair you need. My furnace started leaking recently. I called them, they had a look, and told me it would cost about $2k to fix a certain part. However, instead of just being content in taking 2k, they were really pushing me to buy a "MisterQwik Furnace" that was inferior in capacity to my current system and telling me about "other issues" that would need repair, pushing my repair cost to $4k, which is close to the price of a new furnace. So, they gave me these options:

1. Repair problems: $4,000
2. Buy a MisterQwik Furnace:  $4,800 (80,000 BTU, 92% Efficiency). **
3. Buy a Daikin Furnace: $9,753 (80,000 BTU, 96% Efficiency)**
4. Buy a Daikin System (AC, Coil, Furnace):  $20,535 (80,000 BTU, 96% Efficiency)**
**Financing available at almost 10% interest for 120 months.

In the end, I said I would think about it, they did not fix the problem and still charged $99. Why can't they just fix my problem? I don't want to buy a new furnace.

FURTHERMORE, I did some research and Sears home services gave me a FREE quote for a new furnace. They gave me this option:
1. Carrier Furnace: $4,119 (100,000 BTU, 96% Efficiency)**
2. Carrier System: $12,081 (100,000 BTU, 96% Efficiency)**

** Financing up to 60 months, with the first 12 months 0% interest.

CONCLUSION: MisterQwik does not fix my problem and there are much better brands and cheaper options out there if you want to buy a furnace or system. MisterQwik's offer was inferior in capacity and more expensive.

Fast professional service at a fair price. Dennis was excellent at discovering the problem and with repair. Will not hesitate to call in the future and would highly recommend.

Messaged this business yesterday and got a call today and an appt was set for 3:30pm same day. At 3:45 I got a text stating "I'm about to be on my way. I had family come visit". I asked how soon he would be here and he responded, "I'm leaving here at 4pm so I believe it's 15mins to you".
It has been over an hour and no call, no show. Completely unprofessional. This is your business and shows that you do not care for it or the customer. You lost a potential customer and future customers.

He gave me a bid for new AC and air handler! When he came he cut gas line and just let it go in air! He then installed old equipment! Air handler is 10 years old, A/C is 6! I had different contractor tell me how of everything was! The day I told him not to come back he pulled permit 2 weeks after he started! Lines are two small! Electric is in wrong! Thermostat wired wrong! He bypassed my heat pump so it wouldn't even kick on! This is all supposed to be brand new equipment why is he bypassing!!! Awful experience! I want my money back and he can have his 10 year old equipment back! Everything has to be replaced! I am suing him!
