Imagine if you will. It's Saturday afternoon. You've had a productive morning of doing some work, working out, and want to sit down to enjoy lunch while catching up on some shows. Pretty great, right? Well, what do you when the TV won't respond, but the kitchen lights still work? So, we went off to the circuit breaker, did the usual messing around with it, and Nothing. Sigh. It seemed as if a critical circuit had given out.  

So, we went to yelp, and we contacted several 24-hour electrician services to get someone out to our house to fix this. This lovely team actually responded!! Geovanny and his team both contacted us and gave us updates of how close/far away they were!

Geovanny and his team were the only ones who responded and showed up same day, and ultimately fixed the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. Plus, before they fixed anything, they explained to us what happened, what was required to fix it, and didn't let us pay until they were done.  Altogether, exactly what we wanted in this type of service.

So, I'm keeping this place in mind the next time (I or any friends) have unforeseen electrical issues.

Folks on the phone were courteous, their technician had short-term availability, technician who came to my house was professional and courteous - all around a great experience. He handled a number of tasks which I, a DIYer, was unable to handle, or did not have the tools/know-how to do.

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Otis kept me updated on the price during the process and always thoroughly explained what the issues were. We will 100% call him again and thoroughly recommend him and his crew!

We used Mr Sparky to do several jobs at our house. They changed out one chandelier and replaced it with a can light, replaced another chandelier with a new fixture, installed timer on exterior lights, new exhaust fan in master bath, etc. The guys were professional, on time, clean and did the work in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for any future jobs.

I've learned first hand that if the owner needs to fix any issue himself he has no qualms about satisfying his customers. His word is good as gold. These folks can absolutely be counted on to help with all your electrical needs. Well worth the money to have the best.

Had a great experience with WillPower Electrical Services. They came and fixed a light fixture that was flickering. Will was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything. Would highly recommend!

Having had a nightmarish start to my first homeownership (5 service techs over the course of a year), I thought I had developed a pretty good picture of the quality of AC technicians in Houston. It was not good: late, unprofessional, uncaring (half tracked mud and dirt all up and down my townhome because they wouldn't take their shoes off), and looking to make a minor problem into a lucrative one.

Finally I was recommended to Mr. Laredo by a coworker. He was punctual, respectful and when I had my downstairs heater go down on a Sunday he was able to show up and FIX it in under 6 hours from the first call (most hadn't even called me back by then!) This fixed my downstairs problems, and I was impressed enough to go with Laredo to replace my upstairs unit ( if you read above it was time for this one to go). He knocked it out of the park again.

Mr. Laredo bid competitively and promptly. There were no hidden charges or gimmicks as he redesigned things and got them up to spec. My unit had previously been a vertical unit with poor clearance likely putting an unnecessary toll on the unit. Most of the other bidders were going to attempt to recram another unit into the same space. Mr. Laredo took the extra time to actually build a deck and allow the unit to be turned horizontally as designed and achieve the proper clearances. I was impressed with the pride he took in his job and delivering an exceptional piece of work, Laredo CO will be my go to from here on out

Matthew and joe were great. Showed up on time, wore a mask the whole time and wrapped everything up quick. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

I had a burnt out dryer plug, posted it on Yelp last night, hoping to get a contact. M&R contacted me within 30 minutes, I told them the problem I was having, they gave me a quote, I agreed. They gave me a time they would arrive at my home on the next day and I was all set .The technician called before he arrived, he was very professional and timely on completing the job! This is a great company!!  I'm going to save this contact for future references.

This vendor did a great job and for a fair cost. I had them install a bathroom electrical circuit as well as run several cat6 cables through the attic for security camera installation.

They were responsive and friendly.

I will hire them again.

I called Norris Electric to schedule my ceiling fan installation. I have a tall ceiling so I explained that to them and they sad it's all good,  they can install the fan and they gave me the price for the work. I was fine with the price so we scheduled an appointment. First, they did not appear on time, they did not appear at all. They gave me a 30 min window but no one showed up. I send them a message and in response, I've got that the fan installation price was increased by 30% because I have a tall ceiling despite the fact that we already discussed it and agreed on the price. Of course, it was a no-no. So be prepared that you will be scammed with the prices and you will waste your time waiting for them. So stay away from them.

I could not have asked for better service from Justin.  Not only did he do eevrything he was supposed to do in the way of changing out my electrical panel, he also dealt with CenterPoint energy when they failed to resume the power to our house at the time they indicated they would - he did this on his own time (at 10PM!) because he didn't want us to be without light and air conditioning.  He was conscientious and helpful throughout. Very professional.  I recommend Mister Sparky highly!!

I had an emergency because of storm Imelda . The team was out immediately and fixed my torn up house. Super professional and courteous . Cannot say enough great things about how safe I felt about the work and the crew working so fast to secure my home. Truly saved the day for me!!!! Ask for Brock Bhim. Thank you Mr Electric!!!

Totally took advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic.
I wonder if each of their plumbers set the rate based on what he thinks you can pay. I had a 15' repair of a pipe (pinhole leak). They charged over $700. Then said I had a bad valve in water heater (4 years old) and charged over $400 to replace that. Learned later it was a $20 part and 5 minute job. Garbage disposal quote over $400- All other quotes were  around $100. Got them to come down on that a little. Plumber later admitted he works on commission and business was down 85% due to pandemic. I had other plumbing needs but decided to cut my losses. Fancy trucks, tv advertising = super high prices. I think I will report them to Attorney General. Could have had my long term loyalty but they blew it!

We purchased new fixtures and hired them to replace the old ones.  They installed the new ones we bought and took the ones that were currently hung without our permission. They don't stand behind their work.  Good luck getting them to come out to repair once you have paid them.

We paid them to fix our sign and it never worked.  They are not good. I called and called but they never addressed the issue.  When I was booking the appointment they returned my calls quickly. I'm very disappointed with their service.
