We chose to recruit him and his crew to begin work with us in our master bathroom. He confirmed an appointment immediately and the next few days to launch working with us. Once they arrived here time, they had their own tools and equipment. They were very organized, good preparations, and knew what to do with the procedures from scratch to end. They showed very positive attitude, friendly, hard operating as a team. While they installed our own tiles, they made sure that we were satisfied with their performance. We are in love with this modern tile floor in the bathroom. They are quite talented and knowledge. Very details! They can do almost anything like shower tub, floor, tile wall, and so forth on. I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

Ellen and her team are amazing! We had started our master bathroom renovation with a different contractor who we quickly found out was totally incompetent!  They demolished our entire bathroom and we were stuck with no bathroom. We called Ellen at white builder and she swooped in to save the day. She communicates well, has wonderful design ideas and her staff is 100% respectful of your house and tries to keep the construction as clean as possible. I have already recommended Ellen to other friends and they have used her too. I would absolutely use Ellen again for any construction needs.

Alex and his team recently finished tiling our guest bath and kitchen backsplash. I highly recommend using them for your next tiling and remodeling project. Alex gave us great input and communicated next steps putting us at ease. We loved the end result and hope to have him complete more projects in the future.

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She's remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

Work was done in two parts:
Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted.
Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting.
MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. Kristina designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). Mike is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction.They made a big project easy by handling everything.
This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for.  This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project  that I may have.

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I have a historic home in Downtown Phoenix and needed a major face-lift done to my old bathtub. I did my research and knew that reglazing/resurfacing was the way to go instead of installing a new tub. I was not sure what this type of project would cost, so I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and had about 4 people call me...I ultimately chose Ardi. 1. He moved his schedule around to accommodate my requests since I had guests coming into town 2. He was one of the most affordable options ($450) and 3. He made me feel very confident in his work with before and after photos. He seemed to really know what he was doing.

He came as soon as that week and it took barely 2 days... he came one evening to lay down the stripping agent to leave over night and then came early the next morning around 8am to finish the job by noon. He left us extensive care paperwork as well as a warranty. AND he also polished our sink for no extra cost. Really fantastic.

I was amazed at how beautiful my tub looked... the pictures speak for themselves. I will recommend Ardi to friends, family...everyone! Thank you for making my tub dreams come true! :)

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.
