Jeff has got to be one of the if not the most punctual and honest and friendly contractor I have ever dealt with. Communication was consistently great and he always showed up right on time as promised. My cabinets were refinished to a new color to my complete delight. I highly recommend this company.  I recently used them to repair a china sink that was damaged in shipment and a replacement was not available. They did an excellent job in color matching the bounding and repairing the sink so that it was like new. When the job was completed, they completely cleaned up the work area and explained what they did to make the repair. Additionally, their pricing and warranty was extremely competitive.

Complete Claim did an amazing restoration of my 25-year old cherry desk, plus had it done in less than three weeks. It is obvious they care about quality and customer service. Super responsive! Oustanding Job! Wonders of Wood did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets.  The crew was absolutely phenomenal.  They were timely, professional, extremely hard working, and paid attention to every detail.  I can't say enough about how happy I am with how our cabinets turned out.  The paint job is so smooth and silky, and looks fantastic. Absolute perfection! I'm so glad I went with this company.

We Hired Genesis Cabinet Refinishing to Re-finish our cabinets in our home. Junior came and gave us what we thought was a fair bid, (it was NOT the cheapest bid) Junior 'promised' to stand behind his work and he guaranteed the work for 2 years. Within 2 weeks of the job being completed, the cabinets in the Master Bathroom started to 'PEEL' and 'CHIP'! Junior came to look at them and said he would have them fixed within 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and then 6 months, Junior 'PROMISED'  he would come within '2 weeks' AGAIN. NO SHOW, AGAIN!!!!!
We have called him and called him and texted him and texted him, no response!!!! We NEVER heard from him again. We have given him ample time to make good on his word! We paid $5,160.00 for our cabinets to be refinished. Junior promises and DOES NOT DELIVER ON HIS PROMISES, He does NOT keep his word! He has lied and lied to us! He is a 'LIAR' and does NOT keep his word. I would NEVER, EVER use this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone!

Cesar is a class act-professional. He brought happy tears to my family for the 2019 holiday season. He custom made two shadow boxes and mounted a hard hat I cut in half. I have two younger twin sisters and we lost of father 20 years ago to cancer. Needless to say, I found a hard hat of his and had Cesar  and his crew mount it in the boxes. It was a thoughtful and wonderful Christmas gift. Lots of tears and happy memories were shared. Thank you Cesar and the wonderful crew from Wolf Customs!

I've used Engrained twice now. I got a gorgeous butcher block countertop for my kitchen and then I got a beautiful vanity for my bathroom. It's been a pleasure working with this company. The price was good and the quality is there too.

If I could give them negative stars I would.  Buyer beware this company is all smoke and mirrors. You have to pay for your cabinets upfront but good luck getting any follow up after or your product. No one knows what they're doing. The staff have more excuses than words in the dictionary.  If you choose to use this business have your lawyer on speed dial!!
