Horrible experience. I gave up trying to get our project started after two months.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If  I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mario is friendly and willing to answer any questions. The service and price was amazing. Much less expensive  than home depot and way better customer service. He was very nice and not pushy at all. Even after the instal, when I thought there might be a stain on them, Mario came over right away to look at them. He assured me that what ever the problem was he would take care of it. Luckily it was just a smudge from the machinery and he cleaned it up for me. I absolutely love my new countertops.

I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years.  I understand well what it takes to provide excellent customer service.  Jarid and his team "get it".  They did a great job with my shower project.  They worked with my schedule and had the project done quickly .  I would suggest you use Blue Rose Home Improvements for your next project.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

Called up this company due to the high rate on yelp, they came out took some measurements, and said that we would have a quote emailed to us by Tuesday the 15 of May 2018, well Tuesday came and went with no quote,  even though they were upfront about not being able to hit our target day we were still looking at possibly using them to do the work. However now with no quote and no response to text or call, it is a bit hard to hire and recommend them for further work,  at this point it would have been better if they had just said we don't want to do the job.. Instead i am now scrambling to find another company...

Awesome job, awesome customer service. I would recommend and hire again. I'm very happy with work and price!

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.

He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.

Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.

Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.  

I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing.  The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Couldn't be happier with the results FIVE40 provided on a replacement of my homes front facade. This was a difficult project and a number of other companies claimed they would not do this work. FIVE40 came through and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. It was done correctly the first time with no issues. I would 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again!

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our "dream" and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did "call backs" to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

Diamond Granite and Remodeling did a wonderful job on my kitchen counters. Ralph was incredibly helpful and worked with me to get the best fit, at the lowest price because I needed a LOT of material.  The guys who did the install were fantastic and stayed late to get it just right. I really appreciated the great customer service all around! I would (and have) recommend them to anyone needing stone countertops.

Absolutely great response and communication. That is very important to me! Reann, Elijah and Marcus were very attentive and professional. Options to choose from floor plans were presented and alternatives were offered when current items would no longer work due to availability or a simple change of mind.
