Best Solar Panel Installation in Phoenix AZ
Let me start by saying I have been in sales myself for over 35 years, the last 20 in the financial markets. So I did my due diligence and spoke with and met several solar companies. When I met Anthony the owner at Aneva I knew I found the right company. He's very honest and not high pressure like so many of the other companies. The rest of the office is exceptional as well. I truly believe this is the best solar company in the entire valley. I have not had my system installed yet and i will update my review once it's installed in approximately 60 days.( Waiting on APS and city of Peoria) All the companies told me about the same time frame.
Do yourself a favor and talk with at least 3-5 solar companies and than call Aneva. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL CHOOSE ANEVA! If you don't you will have sold yourself short. In my case I had talked with well over 5 and found they were all high pressure. You can save yourself time after getting educated with one or two presentations and proposals at home by calling and talking to the companies on the phone to get their proposals. You will get a real good feel for the companies and than call Aneva. Just don't commit to anyone before calling Aneva. I actually had signed a contract with the first company that came out because the salesman said he would give me 10 days to cancel as opposed to the 3 days by law. I told him I was going to be be doing my due diligence and I asked him if he would give me a better price. He said he couldn't and that I was getting their best offer. When I called in to cancel I ended up speaking with one of the owners who suddenly lowered their price by $5,000. Yes you heard that right. At this point I did not care if what price they quoted me. That was very shady and it became an integrity issue with me. By the way this company was still priced higher than Aneva with cheaper panels and an inferior warranty. If I had not educated myself and had the background of being in sales for 35 years I would have fallen prey to this first companies nice presentation and the likability of the sales rep. I mention all of this so that you don't get fooled. If you trust me just save yourself time and call Aneva and be done with it. But if you want to experience what I did and feel really good about your decision, call Aneva last after all your other proposals and you will want to thank me.
I was quoted higher prices with cheaper panels and many of those companies don't even employ their installers, they sub it out. At Aneva everyone is an employee and Anthony the owner will be overseeing the crew that installs your job. The way Anthony explained to me how the install will take place was phenomenal. It will be very clean without all those conduit lines running across my roof like you see with other companies workmanship.(Start looking at other solar jobs and you will see what I mean)
Most of the sales people in this industry know very little and work on commission and will tell you anything to get the job done, and once you commit to them, you are just a number and they are onto the next potential client. Trust me i spoke with so many of these guys and when I told them I was looking elsewhere, they got very rude and tried to make me feel stupid or use scare tactics. You won't get any of that with Aneva.
I was quoted with top of the line LG industry leading panels, at a lower price than most of these companies with lower rated panels and workmanship. I could have gotten these lower priced panels with Aneva for even less than what these other companies were offering, but I went for the higher quality, and again I am saving money with the LG's over the other cheaper brands I was quoted. In doing my homework, I found Aneva and was influenced by the other reviews I read. I am so happy I met Anthony and had him come out. You won't feel any pressure, just peace and confidence that you have finally met your solar company.
I don't know any other way to say this without sounding rude or insensitive, but if you're in the market for solar and don't at least call Aneva, you're being VERY foolish.

Fast, friendly, and efficient. I'm happy with the work done and the price that I was quoted. I'd definitely recommend Ryan to anyone.

John and his crew were the most honest and trustworthy contractors I have worked with and they do things right. His crew has been with him for several years and the owner, John was there throughout the entire install.
I had kicked around the idea of solar for about two years, but every sales guy I talked to was just that, a salesman. None of them felt genuine and every one of them made me feel like I was somehow going to get screwed in the end. One talked to me about leasing, which I just can't even comprehend the value aspect of that. After I stopped looking for several months, I talked with a neighbor who recently had solar installed. Compared to other neighbor's with solar, his looked the most aesthetically appeasing. He had nothing but praise for Black Platinum. He gave me Black Platinums contact info and I contacted John shortly after. John discussed his company, the way he works, and gave me a ballpark estimate of the costs and amount of electricity I could produce. Over the next couple of days, he sent me several quotes for different sized systems. I then sat on it for a couple of weeks while I explored the value proposition. Not once did I feel pressured by him as I did my own research. Once I figured out my funding, I had already known Black Platinum was the easy decision for me.
Although I signed the contract with Black Platinum in late summer/early fall, I wanted to hold off the project until the end of the year so I could recoup some of my cash outlay in only a couple of months with the tax rebate. I've heard stories about APS taking forever approving the connection agreement, but he assured me it was probable that it would be done by the end of the year. He had a good relationship with APS.
They started with the rail mounts at the end of November and the LG panels and Enphase microinverters mid -December. The project was completed on time and approved by APS by the end of the month, exactly as we expected. No anxiety on my part whatsoever.
Now I work close to he and my wife was home majority of the time during the install and I can't give enough praise about the crew and John. John always kept open communication with me via text/phone/email so I always knew the status of what was happening and the progress. Each one of his employees was easy going and fun to talk to. I felt comfortable providing them access to my garage while we were not there. John even slightly changed the design because he felt one section would be an eyesore while in the pool. Their install was clean and professional. Conduit to the breakers was run through the wall rather than outside. Microinverters are on each individual panel rather than one or two giant boxes mounted next to the breaker panel. It just looks professional. I watched another neighbor behind me go through an install with cheap looking panels installed by what looked like a bunch of high schoolers who walked all over the panels, conduit running down the outside of the wall... Total crap job. I could see footprints on their solar panels for months.
At the end, all broken roof tiles were replaced, the patch job on the drywall was perfectly matched, and we are generating electricity as expected. The app is pretty cool which shows my production and consumption, something which I am told is new from Enphase. I have nothing but good feelings about my experience with Black Platinum. I wish all contractors provided the same level of care and professionalism and managed my expectations as well as John and Black Platinum. It was truly a pleasure.

Caliber Roofing did an awesome job! We needed a full tear-off and replacement for our flat roof home.
I did a LOT of research and gathered 10 estimates. Rich was on time for the estimate, and was able to give us a price for roof replacement, gutters and even some electrical work to add ceiling fan outlets.
The job was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. The project manager, Chris, came out beforehand and did some final measurements, lead paint testing, etc.
The job started on Monday. The crew was here at 9:00 sharp. They removed the existing roof, replaced it, applied the foam and the first layer of elastomeric coating in one day. The job superintendent, Tanner, was here for much of the day. Rich and Chris also came by to check on the work. The crew finished with a clean-up job that was perfect.
They returned on Tuesday to place the second layer of coating on the roof.
Our house is small, so I was amazed at the level of involvement by everyone at Caliber Roofing! Every detail was perfectly attended to.
We couldn't be happier with the care and service that we received. Everyone was extremely professional and explained everything throughout the entire process.
Five stars isn't enough, and I'm very discerning with my reviews. I would highly recommend Caliber Roofing if you are looking for a job done right, reasonably priced, and you appreciate excellent customer care.

We now have a negative (credit to us) APS bill.
The install guys were pretty decent and helpful with some post-install issues. I guess, in the end, our biggest gripe is with the fine folks at APS and the even more fine folks at the ACC who rubber stamp anything APS wants. "Smart meters" are a scam.

I moved in to SUn city after getting a divorce as a senior and wanted to put solar on the roof. I met Cary after speaking to several salesman and decided that Cary had the best price for me. The work was done. A year ago I contacted Cary and got some extra work done installing a mini split that helped even more. I would recommend galaxy solar to anybody because of the professionalism and care.

Solar City is the best solar company we used. They were incredible from start to finish. They have a great team of professionals that are knowledgeable and friendly. From the first contact to the final installation, Solar City was there with us every step of the way. They answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Solar City to anyone interested in going solar.

When I was researching solar companies to hire for my home I found Solar Shark to be the best one out there as far as service , panel quality, craftsmanship, and customer service. I have a busy schedule but they made meeting with them easy and convenient through a comprehensive and step by step virtual presentation. I felt very comfortable with the entire process of understanding how solar works, their product quality, the savings that are enjoyed with solar power, and the fact they had a solid organization I could rely on.

I had a great experience with T&K Electric. Tommy was very responsive and answered as soon as I called. He was able to come over the same day I called. He was able to quickly diagnose my electrical issue and fix the problem the first time.

Just had my install done and they have been transparent through the whole process. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to "buy" solar panels rather then rent like the other big names do.

I am grateful to have crossed paths with Aaron at Solar Penny, he is my go-to guy for mobile and off-grid solar. I have referred many people to him and they are thankful for the introduction because he has a wealth of knowledge and information in a field where precision guesswork is the norm. I highly recommend consulting with Aaron before you go anywhere else because he will provide honest feedback and an unparalleled level of support.

From the consultation to the install of my solar panels, Coyote Solar kept me updated the entire time! The consultation was very informative and the employees at Coyote Solar had an answer for every question I had about solar. I always thought solar was a huge investment, but after hearing about the no money down program with Coyote Solar, I couldn't say no to going solar! With Covid 19 affecting my income last year I needed to find anyway possible to save money, and going solar was the perfect choice. Since going solar, my summer electricity bills were cut in half and I am saving close to $49 a month on my average electricity bill. Thank you Coyote Solar! You definitely helped my family and I save some cheddar!!

Raymond is very knowledgeable about solar and loves what he does! He's not just your average solar salesman. He actually cares about his customers and looks to find you the best rates possible. If your going to go solar. Give Raymond a call. You won't be disappointed.

So all you can comment on is the timeline and a very generic statement that you design each setup differently?
What about putting panels on the north side, is that ok? What about quoting me a system with 100% offset? Is that ok too?
Again you don't care about your customers or their concerns and your employee (Dennis) is rude to Harmon customers. That's ok too?

NO means NO - not maybe! I cannot begin to tell you how frustrating and simply maddening my contact has been with this company. I called them to get a quote about going solar simply out of curiosity and to get some information about exploring the available options. Within minutes, I was strong-armed into signing a contract for a site visit. (I was told by the salesperson, Ken, not to even open or read the email until I had him on the phone, and then he pushed me to sign it. Thank god it included a cancellation clause!) Once I spoke to my husband about this, my husband wanted to cancel immediately. He did not want people on our roof without our being sure about our desire to go solar. Well, here is where the headache begins.....I sent three separate email to the salesperson to cancel the contract and the site visit. I needed to send three separate emails because the guy simply would not listen to me!! Finally, on the third email, sent on Friday morning, he agreed to my demands. You would think that it ends there, but it does not! On Monday afternoon, I get a call from a technician saying that he wants to do the site visit today, and then I called him back, and I sent him a text stating my request to cancel. Then, about 3 hours later, I receive an email from them saying that they will be out to my house soon, and then I respond to the email in writing, stating my request to cancel for a fifth time. Then, I get an automated response back with a number. (At this point, I have five separate requests to cancel - all in writing.) Then, I call, and for the SIXTH time, request that my site visit be cancelled. I think it may be cancelled now, or at least I hope so! But should it be that hard to cancel something? I don't think so.....
Please be forewarned about this company and its tactics. As an environmentalist and a person who support renewable energy solutions, it is sad that there is a company out there like this that pretends to be doing the right thing with such unethical business practices. I feel like the salesperson lied to me several times such as when he said he did not see my first email to cancel and when he told me I had to be on the phone with him before opening up the email that contained the contract. Then, after such duplicity, I could not get him to listen to me. Shame on you, Solar City! After this experience, I would never want a long term relationship with this company as one needs with solar.
