Don't trust anything they say regarding financing and the added value to your home.  Verify it for yourself.  Do your research.  If you sign anything that seems like a loan like we did, know that this will be a secured loan, i.e. that there will be a lien put on your property.  

Solar panels can only add value to your home if they are paid for in full or are financed through a credit card, not a loan.

They bent the facts to serve their purpose, i.e. getting our business. Afterwards, the owner told us he never lied and that you initialed everything, i.e. you should have known better and to "Talk to my lawyers".  Ultra Energy AZ and their representatives distorted the truth.

No call no show to scheduled appointment. Wasted an afternoon waiting despite confined appointment.

I have a roof leak and called lots of places to come out and check it. Some places were 2-3 weeks out before they could come out. Called and left Garrett a message, he called be right back and said he could stop by the next day. He called and showed up on time, then after checking my roof leak and talking to him, he told me because my house is only 9 years old to go after the home builder. I have not paid him anything and he is so willing to help. I am in the process of going after the home builder, and if things fall through I will be using ridge roofing to repair. Thanks Garrett!

Caliber Roofing was great to work with for my roof replacement. They removed old broken down solar panels and swamp coolers from my roof that have been an eye sore for years.

There aren't enough words in the English language to describe the level of service and care that was taken by Mike in evaluating my solar contract and solar production.  It is my assumption that if you're reading this review that you are looking into Mike's services because you either already have solar or are looking into it.  I'm very lucky that my contract and panels are performing, however, I wish I would have spoken to Mike prior to signing a solar contract.  Do yourself a service and call him before you do anything and if you already have solar, call him now to make sure you're getting what you're supposed to out of your system.  Don't wait, it's worth every penny for the peace of mind.

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

So I was unbelievably satisfied with the customer service that Nik Shehaj from Skywell. He helped us from stage one and answered all our questions. Whenever we needed him he was right there to get things done. Not to mention the people who came to do the work were professional and they got things done in a timely matter. In a world where it's hard to find customer service, I was so pleased and impressed with how Nick handled all the process! If anybody is thinking about going solar or having work done on their house sky was the company to go through because you won't be disappointed it will get done and you'll have customer service the entire time. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to use this company and I would use them for any future needs.

I love my job at Universal Solar Direct in Phoenix, AZ!  The environment is professional, dynamic and fun.  There are great opportunities available.  I appreciate working for a company that I can recommend to friends and family.

I hate leaving back reviews but this one was a bit disappointing. 2 cancellations on back to back Fridays. They were good about calling the day prior and the morning of respectively. I was told family emergency for the first Friday and for the second Friday  technicians were both sick.  I know stuff happens but back to back cancellations is disappointing.  They haven't given me a follow up appointment.

Very poor customer service! Paid 30 k for a system and nobody showed us how to turn it on! Had to learn how off YouTube. Now 4 months down the road our system isn't meeting the company's " production guarantee " nobody will return our messages definitely use another company if you're considering solar!

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!
It seems to me I was given a used system.???  It has stopped working 3 times in just over a year.  Installation went fine but since service is horrible.  Currently my system has been down for several months.  No one answers the phone. twice the system has needed to be re started, once by the tech, the second time by me after the tech showed me how, now the inverter is bad and it's taking months to get one and replace it.  They don't stock any parts for the systems and there aren't any domestic parts houses to get parts from or maybe my system was used and old, and they don't stock obsolete parts for old systems.  When my system was working it has never produced anything near what the salesman told us it would.  Very crooked business.  There sales reps either, make, very high commissions on each sale or are under tremendous pressure by the company to sell there products forcing the reps to tell you what you want to hear.

 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have had a very positive experience with PEP solar. I had a ground mounted system installed last November. I researched many solar companies and I was impressed with how long they have been in business and their clear presentation. They were on time (any delays were caused by the town of Chino Valley), they explained everything to me clearly, always got back to my questions right away and it's working great. I really like the online monitoring of how much electricity its making. I couldn't be happier.

When we bought our solar system from az solar 8 yrs ago, we discussed life of roof as we had less then 10yr on the current, so thought about replacing it prior to install. Sales rep said, no problem, you got more the 5 yrs, so just wait till you need it, it will only be $800 or so for us to come out to take down and replace.....
Well 8 yrs later I get roof replacement quote for $8k from roofer, but Az Solar Concepts just quoted us $11,000 to just take down roof system, the reinstall. On top of my 8k roof
