Best Door Installation in Phoenix AZ
They're customer service was top notch. Everyone I spoke to was super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The gentlemen that came over for my quote on the new AC was incredibly thorough, showed us pictures of problem areas in the attic, and walked us through all our questions. They had my new ac installed two days after the quote and got the job done quickly and cleanly.
The four stars is because we recently noticed the ac runoff was placed directly above our electrical panel, which may be a problem in the future.

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

We needed a new register/vent installed in a room in our house. They came and gave us an estimate within 24 hours of me reaching out and they got the work done a couple of days later. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Great customer service and great work!

I had them seal my duct work and install insulation to a r38 rating. This is a great company and very reliable. Chris made sure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend you get the energy audit for $99 bucks.

I can't say enough good things about Rescue One Air! They saved us from freezing overnight when our heat wasn't working. I called very last minute and they went out of their way to get me the help i needed. The technician was polite and professional and their work didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Returned service request call quickly. Billy showed up on time and ready to work (important to note since some contractors don't).
Very quickly fixed all the little fixes we had originally called about with time to spare so asked him to look at an electrical issue and found and fixed the problem for us.
Could not recommend more.

I do not recommend anyone hire Joe for tile work, or anything else for that matter. I reached out at the beginning of June to have him demo and re-tile two bathroom showers and initially, Joe was very responsive. I chose him because he had photos of a previous tile job he had done. He sent me a quote and told me it would take 2-3 days per bathroom from start to finish. He came out the first day and removed the tile, and then found that the original tile was put up on drywall. As we decided to put in cement board, he told me it would take an extra day per bathroom. I offered to buy the backerboard, he said not to worry about it.
First day was demo. Second day was 5 days later due to his family emergency, and he put in the backerboard and shower valve. Day 3 (a week after starting) he started to put up tile and wasn't able to finish, so he came back the next day. Took 4 days just to get the tile up (no grout), at which point I was able to get a good look at his work.
He had left tile spacers in from Day 3 (should have been removed after 20-30 min). If I hadn't removed them, they'd have been left in over the weekend. Most of them were stuck and broke off. There was also a dent in my tub and adhesive all over it. When I texted him about it, he said I could clean the adhesive with a sponge and regarding the damage to the tub that happened when I did the demo. No apology or offer to fix it.
I then noticed that one of the walls wasn't level. Several of the tiles were out of place, one had a corner popping out. None of the grout lines were even. There was a huge gap between where the tile ended and where the drywall began. When I texted him regarding the wall not being level, he took two days to respond. When I sent a follow up text after not hearing back, he said he could take out and replace the tiles but could not fix the wall not being level.
I then had two separate contractors come out to assess it and both said it was the worst work they'd ever seen. They confirmed that the wall should not have been tiled until it was level, and that they could definitely level it but the whole shower would have to be ripped out and started over. Additionally, now the tub needs to be replaced as Joe damaged it during the demo.
I reached back out to him with this information and apart from saying sorry for the inconvenience he did not take any responsibility for not only the terrible work, but the damage he caused. I sent two additional texts and he completely ignored both. He has refused to refund my deposit or fix the work (beyond replacing a couple of tile, which is a complete waste of time). So now it has been two weeks, I still don't have a functional shower, and I am now out $2,000 between the deposit and the tile and tub. Unacceptable.

I'm amending my rating in that Pete called me 4/25/19 and has indicated that ChasRoberts will fix problems. Nothing done yet but hoping for the best. ChasRoberts was the original installer/contractor for our development Cantabria in Chandler,AZ for CalAtlantic/Lennar. We moved in our home Jan. 1st of 2017, inspectors told us upon moving in they don't test AC's when temps are cold. So upon first warm days of March 2017 we discover upstairs AC temp split was not even 10 degrees for new Carrier 2ton/18SEER unit. After multiple calls and almost 2 weeks ChasRoberts re-sent technicians to fix problem they told me was improper installation(never rec'd anything in writing describing work) this resulted in what appeared to the AC working properly until later(summer) discovering system wont maintain temp upstairs and even more upsetting was to discover registers that are fed from one duct actually were closer to 10-15 degrees colder that return/input air and that those readings are not constant go up and down about 5-6 degrees easily within a minute...basically one minute air is colder by about 15 degrees and 30 seconds later maybe 10 degree split.
After living with this for one summers or I actually added a portable AC unit to upstairs to make upstairs live able in summer. I decided to call third party company this year because the residents of our community have setup a community website to discuss issues with Chas Roberts and the experiences and they're not good. Actually have had neighbors say thank god they were out of warranty or just didn't want to deal with Chas Roberts terrible track record of not fixing or doing things correctly.
I had a third party company Airtime come out and I described issues and showed video of temps going up and down from registers, within a half hour was told return plenum was undersized and needed to be 4 feet in length to provide for adequate air mixing and because ductwork coming off plenum was placed so close to air handler coils that proper air mixing specifically for that ductwork/registers wasn't occurring.
Also contacted another AC/Plumbing company my brother works for and again had same diagnosis without prejudicing their diagnosis with findings from Airtime. Both suggested that I contact ChasRoberts as THEY SHOULD MAKE IT RIGHT AND FIX ISSUES with improper installation(2X).
Contacted ChasRoberts and was contacted by a regional manager Joey that stated they would make it right and stand behind their work. Two Reps came out yesterday 4/23/2019 to take a look, same thing I showed them video and even live with digital thermometer in register temps went up and down never achieving a temp split above 15.5degrees and often less. Techs spent two hours onsite, checking same things I've had two other companies check out in last two weeks, was told that they didn't know how to fix problem and they'd pass results on to manager. Didn't get any other details, was asked to sign twice on mobile phone - but it didn't disclose anything done or results from diagnostics etc.,
Later in day I get invoice/work done paperwork that says speed of my AC unit was lowered and that static pressure tested within acceptable means but temperature varied in registers as I had described. Also stated that temps in upstairs were lower by 3 degrees than when they got there...trying to say my AC works? Mind you the visit was between 8:39AM and 10:30AM 4/23/2019 it wasn't even 70 degrees during this time outside...hardly an accomplishment when then fan alone would have lowered the temp in my house during that timeframe.
Today I call to find out what is the next step, I call and get called back by two other reps(whether this is just a call center, third party answering service is hard to say) I'm told my concerns will be escalated to Joey and Pete. I get a call back from Joey and in simplest terms I get an argument that my AC is working as it should. I read back to him that his techs stated that AC maintained 20 degree split but note this is incorrect & techs last sentence states Side ductwork is varying temperature, while duct off top of plenum is staying at 20 degrees.
This is exactly what I've been saying that temps coming off side ductwork are not consistent and are not anywhere near 20 degrees and are are closer to 10 degrees. Again I'm told its working they way it is supposed to. I ask what does it take for ChasRoberts to stand behind their work and I'm told they do stand behind work, I ask questions like is this what a new AC unit is supposed to work like? I get no answer. I asked Joey what his qualifications were or are...didn't get answer. I asked if certified or a member of ACCA(Air Conditioning Contractors of America)...again didn't get an answer. Asked if Pete was Joey's Supervisor and am told he's GM, I ask that Joey have Pete call me. Pete did call me early 4/25/19 and indicated ChasRoberts will remedy problems I'll update review rating after completion.
