Best Washer Repair in Phoenix AZ

Our garage refrigerator went out. Kirk with Hew's air and appliance repair was one of the first to respond. On time, very courteous and reasonably priced. After he got it working the first time, it stopped working the next day so he came out two additional times to ensure he took care of it! I really appreciate a company that stands by its work. Highly recommend!!

We are brand new to the area and recently moved into a new house and we needed a reputable serviceman.  Our home warranty (2-10) had recommended a badly rated company, which we refused to use.

So I decided to try Home Advisor and Linda from Honest Appliance called me very quick. She was honest and forthcoming regarding license and insurance. I felt comfortable with having someone come out to decipher the dishwasher leaking problem.

Anthony, the owner, kept me up to speed with his arrival. He was very thorough with his assessment of the problem. His was courteous and responsive to my questions. He taught me some things that will benefit the dishwasher in the future. The dishwasher is now leak free and I'm highly satisfied with the overall work and price.

Fast forward 2 weeks later, I needed a reverse osmosis system installed. Anthony knows how to do this. Because he has earned my trust on the previous matter, he has been scheduled for another matter. Once you find an honest, dependable and cost conscientious company; it's silly to look elsewhere.

Kurt from Felix Appliance Repair fixed our microwave today! SO polite, wore a mask & gloves (so thoughtful during this pandemic).
He went above and beyond by also checking out an issue I had been having with my stove, despite the fact I had only made the service call for the microwave. Taking the extra time, he determined the issue so I would know whether to get the stove repaired, or replaced.  He did not charge anything additional for the troubleshooting.  
I would DEFINITELY recommend him for any appliance repairs. There is a travel fee, but it is added to the repair of the appliance if you decide to have him fix it. He gave me a 1 year warranty on parts & a 3 year on labor.
(When I originally booked the appointment, I spoke with Kurt over the phone to give him an idea of what I thought was wrong with the microwave. I didn't want to pay a service fee if it would likely be determined non-repairable. He was more than happy to listen & troubleshoot to the best of his ability over the phone & give me a rough guesstimate on the repair price.)
Maybe I was just lucky he was right on what was needed for the repair, & that he had ordered & brought the correct parts for the job.
But, I got the impression he would've done what he could to make sure I was happy with the service & outcome. Very knowledgeable about appliances too.

I have used Loe's a couple of times now for various items and I will continue to use them in the future.  Knowledgeable, Honest and Professional!!
