Best Pump Installation in Phoenix AZ

This company installed our Soft Water and Reverse Osmosis systems in 2008.  The prices were very reasonable and the yearly service for filter replacement is as well.   The systems have been trouble free for 8 years.  Gerardo came out this year and for the first time found cracked canisters.  We selected the repair and he quickly and competently completed the work.   He was the ultimate professional and I would welcome him back for my service any time.  Thank you!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

I was shopping around for a new HVAC unit, as mine was 14 years old and on its last leg. I had several companies come out and give me estimates (5 or 6), including Hays Cooling and Heating.
Hays had the best price by far on the HVAC unit I wanted, but did not think I could afford. My new unit was installed less than a week latter by very professional installers. In fact everyone I have dealt with so far has been very friendly and professional.
The best part was there were no hidden fees or other financial surprises at the end of the install. They did everything they said they would at the price they quoted me!
I feel Hays did a GREAT job for me and look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

We have a home warranty company that has done nothing but disappoint us. Proskill has stepped in time and time again to fix our air conditioning problems. We use proskill for our RO, plumbing and AC units.
After having to wait a couple days and suffer in the heat, the warranty company sent sub par contractors who in fact damaged our AC even further by installing impromper parts.
Proskill has been out several times in the last few weeks making up for other's mistakes. They have appointment availability on the same day and always show up as scheduled on time, unlike others who either came hours late or just plain didn't show up at all.

Yes seriously, that many proskill techs have been to my home to rescue us. Each time the warranty company came out to fix the units, one of these guys had to come behind them and clean up the mess. They are an amazing team who I feel very comfortable having in my home. They are trustworthy and honest. They aren't in it for the quick buck or trying to sell me anything I don't need.

5 star rating for price, installation and followup.

Had them come remove an old toilet and  install a toilet I purchased at home depot.  They text me when they were on the way and arrived on time.  Excellent customer service, friendly and did a great job!  I will definitely use them again!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

I have used Kevin's service for many years.  He is the nicest and the most honest person that I have known.  He does a good job and his service charge is very reasonable.  I strongly recommend him to everyone.

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Cannot say enough about the communication, work performed and technician that came out to clean our air conditioning units. We won a free cleaning from a home show we had attended. We were not expecting the spectacular service we received. From the very start our appointment was confirmed and the technician, Trevor Lay, was prompt and courteous. There is no doubt that if and when we have a service issue in the future who we will call to complete the service request :)

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

It does not get any better than this! Sam  is about the friendliest, most honest professional, helpful and most competitively priced Trades people I've ever met. He was very efficient in addressing the plumbing problems I had Including a clogged bathroom sink and trouble with water pressure on my master shower. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough!

Service was speedy and great. No upsale on products, team was courteous and helpful. Problems with my system ( 16 years old, needed full replacement) were not exaggerated,  I was not scared into a full replacement which was reassuring.

The only issue was concerning the appointment timing as I expressed my irregular sleep schedule,  and they showed up and began calling before the alloted time. For 98% of people this is a great attribute of a business, but not for me.

Overall I am very happy with the service provided, the cost, and the efficiency of the entire Goettl team.

I signed up for the $11 a month family plan to have my HVAC unit serviced twice a year. We received the first service and everything was great. Then over the course in ONE month I was charged THREE times for a total of $41. When I called I was on the phone for over 30 minutes and could not be told who switched my plan to the highest plan. I canceled my plan and was told if I was charged again to call. I will follow up more to make sure it is canceled. I will in no way continue you to give my card information to such a shady business.

UPDATE: I received a call from Dean less then 24 hours after this debacle and leaving a review. He was very apoplectic and did everything in his power to remedy my situation. I appreciated the follow up and because of this fast response I will definitely consider continuing our service with Parker and Sons. Like I said before the work was great! People do make mistakes, and what would it say about me if I didn't reconsider after a nice apology and extremely (over-generous) offer.
