On 4/1/2022 Xavier Tobin came out to perform a spring Maintenance checkup. As with the first time, I was very impressed with his professionalism and positive attitude. He walked me through what he would be doing and went ahead and changed the air filter without hesitation. He was very personable and great to talk to! I really appreciated the level of detail he provided to me in addition to images via email. In addition, I like to give kudos to office staff Jen, and Kelly for coordinating and communicating the time and dates. Love doing business with American Home Water & Air as they make it a seamless process to do business with.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

Our AC unit died on 7/4.  Our unit was brand new having been installed 3 months earlier.  With the temperatures outside of over 100 degrees we knew we had to get someone out to fix it ASAP.  Hays has an emergency number for just such an issue.

Rebecca answered the call and was able to get a technician out to our home within the hour.  A blocked condensation pipe was the culprit and our unit was repaired in less than an hour.

We are very impressed with this company and have used them for years for our HVAC and plumbing needs.  They will be our go to company for these issues going forward.

Fast service and he was so HONEST. One of our units went out and our home warranty wouldn't get someone out till Monday. We called Alan and he was out within an hour and a half. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood what we needed and why. If we would have waited till Monday it would have been 1500 or more! SO GLAD we called him. He had the parts we needed and it took less than a hour. Thanks Alan!

I contacted ProSkill Services regarding water leaking in the utility room from behind the wall. I met with Daniel McAninch and discussed the issue at hand with options available for me. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem quickly (I needed a cracked laundry box replaced - Project #112769392) and set the expectations, time frame and provided a competitive bid to order parts. Dispatch kept me informed as to his arrival both times which was helpful. With the project completed Daniel walked me through the process again. He made each of his cuts into the drywall as minimally invasive using straight lines so as to present as little work as possible for the contractor to patch the wall. I was impressed with his professionalism, his ability to solve the problem within a short period of time, his craftsmanship and his communication skills. Because of his listening skills he remembered an ongoing problem with a water softener drainpipe that I had expressed initially and without being asked took the time to extend the copper pipe an additional inch or so thereby eliminating any future concerns on my part.  I highly recommend ProSkill Services and want to thank Daniel McAninch for his impressive work ethic.

I'm going to tell you this company does not disappoint! My air conditioner went out Sunday  it was the original unit  and I already knew I had to replace it. I was referred to this company they went out of their way brought over portable air conditioners for my family until they were able to get my unit which was 5 days and the hottest days as of yet! No charge they took care of me with one of the cheapest quotes but making my family comfortable. All the guys were so nice. I can not say enough about all of these guys. Hansen Family Plumbing fixed a water pressure issue and converted a washer/dryer gas line into a range line for us. Ours is a newly purchased home with several issues. From Gabriella (scheduling) to Dick (estimator) to Jordan (technician), our service was exceptional. They responded promptly and each fix was explained ahead of time. A great value and refreshing to work with this professional team. Highly recommend!

I contacted Francisco about a project with a family I was working with to get their AC fixed.
Francisco was fast, courteous and VERY Knowledgeable. Francisco will not price gouge you and tells you EXACTLY want needs to be fixed. I will recommend him to anyone in my family and friends circle.

Had a great experience with Northern air. They came and worked with me on a project converting a garage in to a work space. Jason was super communicative. Gave me good info on the best path to take. Cody came out to so the install, he was also great, ran in to some unexpected challenges but handled it like a pro. Jason followed up after the job was complete to remind me that if I have any issues to reach out and they would take good care of the work and any issues that arose. Perfect customer service and you can see that as it's reflected in the ratings! Big respect for running your biz the way you do! 10/10

Kevin did a fantastic job installing a complete new air-conditioning system for me in the middle of summer in fact on the Fourth of July holiday  2015.
I was fortunate enough to have a good friend that I've been swimming with for seven years and her husband is pretty good at fixing things but he took a look at my air conditioning and said you need my guy to take a look at this and see what needs to be done. He sent over Kevin who took a quick look and said that my compressor was broken. He said other than that and the air-conditioner was in good shape and was actually only 10 years old which apparently is a baby in Arizona.
I asked Kevin how much it would cost to replace the compressor and give my system  a good service. Kevin said it would be $2000. It would be more expensive because I had been running the AC thinking if I ran it, somehow it might magically repair itself. Then I asked Kevin how much it would be  to get a fuel-efficient up-to-date modern new air-conditioner.
Kevin informed me that he could put in a complete new system that would run economically and be eco-friendly for around 4 1/2 thousand dollars. That price would include all his labor.
No-brainer of course I would go for a complete new system it seemed incredibly reasonable.
And also informed me that by 2020 all systems would have to be compliant and my system used Freon and new systems in 2020 would no longer be using Freon although if they were an old system and you had a stockpile of Freon you could use it.
I care a lot about the environment and in all cases I prefer to use environmentally sound products.
Kevin had to special order my new AC unit and in the meantime I purchased a freestanding unit and spent the next few days in my bedroom trying to stay cool.
Once my new unit arrived Kevin worked extremely hard to install the new system starting first thing in the morning and working outside and tremendous heat until it was dark.
Took Kevin to full days to install the new system but once it was up and running and it was an incredibly smooth and quiet system and I was amazed at how efficient it was.
I have always been economical and using my air conditioning since I live alone in a house that is two stories.
I had my way I would have individual unit air conditioning her room as I think central air-conditioning is such a waste for a single person living alone. Sadly the homeowners association will not allow us to have individual units as they say it is unattractive to have units showing in the windows it's perfectly ridiculous.
So I have to cool my entire house which to me seems great waste of resources in these days when we are wasting precious energy and polluting our environment.
However my new air-conditioning system is so efficient and powerful that within an hour of turning it on my house seems very cool where is the older system would take 4 to 5 hours to cool down the house.
Send noticed that my electricity bills are much lower now with this efficient new system

When I turned on my air conditioning for the first time this year it came on and was very smooth and cool. I did have one blimp when somehow the air handler got flipped off and I had not realized it but Kevin came over at the drop of a hat and switch the switch back on and everything is running smoothly  again.

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!
Will definitely call Safe Dry Out for any future plumbing needs.

They did a great job for me. He was so nice and walked me through everything. He even took video to show me what was happening in my attic.

The heating unit that was installed by Y P &H  4 1/2 years ago started acting weird.  They sent JOSE GOMEZ out to check.  After checking everything on heater and it was good, he checkeD thermostat.  It was bad.  Looking  at warranty  of 5 years still  had time so he called manufacture Honeywell and arranged a replacement for free.  He also drove across town to pick it up anD then came back to install.  None of that was his job,  but h wanTed to make sure we had heat and were satisfied with his service.  Thank you Jose!  I will ask for you by name next time!  M. This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

I can not say enough good things about my experience. Sam was prompt, courteous, professional, and very fair. He wore a mask and maintained social distancing. He was informative and his repair work is very thorough. I highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbing and Air! If I'm ever in need of this type of service again, I know who to call.

My a/c unit took a dump on the weekend. When other places didn't answer or had no one to send Goettl was there. They were at my home quick! Mike rolled up and diagnosed my unit. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of his job. I needed a new unit. I didn't have to wait days or weeks in this hot weather, they were here the following morning and installed one. They did an awesome job! I highly recommend Goettl for anyone's cooling needs. Oh yeah, they also do plumbing so you better believe I'd be using this company as well. Thanks Goettl!

We had an appointment made much earlier for a prepaid maintenance check of our A/C.  The tech was supposed to arrive between 10 and 2 and we stayed home waiting for him.  At 1:40 we got a call cancelling our appt supposedly because of too many emergency calls.  Very disappointing service
