Best Phone Repair in Phoenix AZ

Called today, a Sunday, and actually got someone on the phone. She said there is a tech in my area and she will let him know to stop by. The tech, Justin, called and texted that he was on his way. Came sooner than I expected. Nothing really wrong so he also checked the whole system while he was here. A Sunday appointment and full inspection for $39.95. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Great experience with Honest Air Care.  I called them to arrange for air duct cleaning.  Our tech went up in the attic (in July) and told us we didn't need the ducts cleaned, which saved us a lot of money.  I did have them conduct maintenance of our air handlers, which they did at a very low cost, during which they found an old owners manual for the air handler that was partially obstructing one of the two units. All in all a very good experience.

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

Our air completely died on Friday night. I left a message for a few companies and it was Calvin who got back to me right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new AC unit on our roof which was no easy task. The air is working better than ever!  I highly recommend this company!

As of May 2, 2020, must be out of business, as I have called, left messages and emailed with no response after three days.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Cool Breeze is a top HVAC contractor and repair service in the Payson area. I have used them twice and could not be more pleased. They responded within one hour both times and not just with a phone call but they were on the job in 1 hour!  They technicians are superb.  There are considerate of the home and do the work fast and are extremely tidy.  There is not a better company for your HVAC needs.  I recommend them without reservation.  They will get my business going forward.  

The one negative review could not be more wrong.  They must have confused Cool Breeze with LL Cool J.
