Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

We wanted to install a water softening as well as a RO system in our home. Jose came out and inspected our property and gave us a very reasonable quote. We took a week or so to decide and called him a few times with follow up questions. He took the time to answer all questions professionally and patiently.

Fidel and Lui came out to do our install - they were very polite and great at making me feel confident in their skills. They did a fantastic job walking us through the install at the end and answered all our questions.

We had some gurgling noises in the upstairs sink the night of the install, and Jose came out to diagnose the problem. He also followed up with us to see whether the problem was fixed, and it looks like it has been.

Called Hayes and talked to John around 3:30pm on a Saturday. He had Frank come over within the hour to check our a/c as it was blowing hot air upstairs. Turns out the capacitor were bad on both of our units. Frank was very professional and was able to explain what needed to be done. I would recommend Hayes to anyone who needs a/c work done. I was really satisfied and can't say enough about Frank.

Dukes of air? These guys came out twice. First excuse they used was they're ladder was too short couldn't get access to my ac unit . I rescheduled with them and they subsequently messed up the rescheduled time and date. I rescheduled again. They show up for the appointment and informed me they will not work so my ac because they are concerned they will break roof tiles? Folks call anyone else otherwise you're going to have an unsatisfactory experience with the Duke Boys!

I have tried several plumbers throughout the North Valley, and these guys are the only ones I will go with now. They are prompt, polite, good at what they do, and most of all HONEST and reasonably priced.  We recently had a leak in our kitchen sink and they came out to investigate and found that our garbage disposal had finally bitten the dust. Because we wanted to choose own new disposal instead of having what they had in the van, we declined to have him install a new one just yet but would call them to install it.  We bought the new disposal then called them back, but unfortunately they were super busy so I called another plumber to come do it. BIG mistake...the other guys showed up and wanted to charge me 3x what Pro Skill had quoted.  I sent them packing and called Pro Skill back. Luckily they had a cancellation, so were able to fit me in the same day.  Love these guys. They have my business for life.

Tracy was very prompt and found some issues during a routine HVAC inspection and tune-up on two of my properties recently. Explained what was wrong. The bills were very reasonable. He is my go-to HVAC man for all my properties now.

From the first call and estimate, Hansen Family Plumbing has exceeded my expectations.  I've needed several projects and repairs done at my home over the years, and I have to say that Jerry has been the best of them to work with.  He is punctual, friendly, fair, and takes the time to answer questions so I understand what he needs to do. Paul was the technician that serviced our A/C for routine maintenance. He was prompt and I also received a courtesy phone call with ETA before he made his way over to our house which I GREATLY appreciated. He was very professional and explained the work he had completed and also the proposed preventative work he recommends we get done to ensure our unit lasts as long as possible before having to replace it. I recommend Northern Air Mechanical Services and will continue to use them for maintenance services and repairs if ever needed.

I contacted Mike Hobaica. He came over personally, and for well over a hour he went through my attic and on my roof. Mike recommended to replace the unit instead of fixing the old one. He explained that it would be much more cost effective. He also explained the long term cost savings from a energy stand point. This was ten years ago! It was one of the best decisions we made on our house, and to do business with Hobaica's. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team at Hobaica Services!

Rang up this lovely company while troubleshooting a vile issue with my bathroom air vent. Although they do not address bugs (Yes. I said bugs.) in air ducts they cheerfully provided a reference for a company that does.

I very much appreciated how carefully they listened to my concerns. (I have many. The horror. You have no idea.) In addition to the reference the wonderful woman provided some interim tips. Given how polite, thoughtful and helpful they were for something outside their domain I would 100% ring again.

Hopefully my a/c won't crap out in the heat. BUT if it does I know who to call!

They were very friendly and personable. And to top it off they were inexpensive, thorough and fast! I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again. Hopefully not for another clogged kitchen sink...

Needed help with our central air. Derek responded to my Yelp request right away. He got here quickly even before his ETA and was able to assess the situation and help resolve it the same day. He also provided more solutions and ways to improve air later on as needed. He was kind and understanding of my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

My AC unit stopped working suddenly on Sunday at 5 pm.  I called Precision because I had them do a tune up for me in June and was told my unit was mechanically sound so I wasn't expecting a problem just 2 months later.  Since I called so late in the day on a Sunday I knew I probably would not have service that day and I was right. Monday morning called and was told I could have a 1 to 6 pm appointment. I asked to have the technician arrive after I got home at about 4pm.  It was sweltering at 98 degrees in my house when I got home.  My technician Jacob arrived at 6:30pm.  He was friendly and professional.  He got right to work and replaced my simple blown fuses right away.  He also fixed some crusty old wires that may have caused the fuses to blow.  I was disappointed to have to wait for more that 24 hours but was very happy with Jacob's service.  I would have liked a little bit of a discount because of the tune up a had 2 months ago.

Dion was ON TIME. That seems to be a problem with different contractors these days, and he got there when he was supposed to. Then he fixed the clog in the drain on the roof, and we haven't seen a drip since. Polite, to the point, and effective. The only way it could have been better is if it had been free. :)

My AC broke in the middle of summer and it was miserable, called them and they were so quick to help me.. definitely gonna save their number in case this heat kills my AC again!! Thanks guys

I just two of the plumbers at my house from Goettl.  Their names are Shawn and Andrew. They unclogged my kitchen drain and garbage disposal. They're very professional and understood I have  limited budget.  Thank you guys. You are my heros

It is an August Saturday on a 110 degree day and our air conditioner has quit working. It is very hot in our house to say the least! We have lived here for over 20 years and have used Chas Roberts for all of that time because they installed the original air conditioning unit.

We tried to get one of their techs out this afternoon to fix the air as it is impossibly hot in the house. We have four pets that can not be in this heat, not to mention how uncomfortable we are as well. We were told that someone could be here Monday afternoon at 4:30 pm...48 hours from now!!! While it is certainly not acceptable to have to wait for 48 hours to get help, I find it hard to believe anyone would even suggest it. Not only that, but they didn't offer us a possible alternative, which would have gone a long way to change how I feel about Chas Roberts as a company.

We called George Brazil and one of their techs arrived 3 hours after our call. Wonderful customer service! Please don't write the company we're so sorry response. I don't want to hear it.
