Best Freezer Repair in Phoenix AZ

I will solely use NVM from now on! My AC broke (worst possible scenario in July in Phoenix!) and NVM came to the rescue with the NICEST & MOST HELPFUL repair tech!! I am so grateful. He explained what happened so well and was extremely thorough. I recently had a bad experience with an AC company who didn't even look at my AC unit, but told me it would be $5,000+ to get a whole new system. That was clearly not the case, and I'm so thankful NVM diagnosed and fixed the actual issue. Thank you so much!!

Listen, this guy is your guy. Best in the area. Responsive, quick, great price, and knowledgeable! He saved us from this crazy weather when our ac broke. We wasted money on a company that promised us making us priority and discount. All BS! Freddy responded fast and gave us the best service for our money. My freezer in my fridge recently stopped working so I needed a quick fix. Hews Repair showed up the same day to take a look. Unfortunately, my fridge was beyond saving but he told me what the issue was and didn't even charge me for the service call. These are stand up guys and I will definitely call them next time for my appliance repair needs.

We have had Honest Appliance Repair service out to our house several times in the past few years for different appliance repairs. On this latest occasion Arthur came out and repaired our oven. This is the third time he has been out to our home and each time he has been prompt, professional, and friendly. Arthur was not only professional but he did the work exactly as he promised. I was concerned with what I thought was a strange noise coming from our AC unit. Called Calvin and he came out serviced our 2 AC units and explained the noise I was hearing and that it was nothing to be concerned with. Great honest service which is hard to find now days.
