We had a flood from our upstairs neighbor who called AZ Total Home Restoration and sent them to our home to remediate water damage.  

They put up plastic and tore out about 200sf of drywall and a 4 foot x 6 foot piece of our patio lid looking for the leak.  The process of locating this leak lasted nearly a month.   To locate the leak.   When it was determined that the leak was above our patio 20 feet in the air they determined it was beyond their scope and told us to find another company to do the repairs.  

They then sent us a bill, more than half of which was invented costs.  

We chased them down for a month to do a job that they abandoned and then sent a bill for more than triple what it should have cost.  

These guys are common criminals and their business shouldn't even be a last resort.

This is how an individual employee should represent his company in the community.  I witnessed a gentlemen from Envy help a young woman jump her car battery at a busy gas station while others just drove by.  That is the type of stand up employee I'd want working for me and believe that is a great reflection of the Envy company!

Best service ever! I was completely impressed.  we came home to what we thought was a small issue that turned into a huge issue. I was in complete panic mode and then I called AZ Environmental contracting. Bryan was amazing. He was so completely detailed, kept me updated every step of the way. He called my insurance and worked with them and the adjuster so I didnt have to do anything. For as awful as the situation was, they made it a great experience and if we ever have any troubles in the future, they will be the first place we call.

Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Being a transplant from NY,  I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate.  Larry Hampton is true NYer.   Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal.     I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and  finding a reliable asbestos abatement company  to assist us  was extremely difficult and challenging.  Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.

This company is horrible, unprofessional, and inconsistent! I do not recommend them to anyone. The emergency restoration was great stayed until everything was Complete and came the very next day to check on progress. The construction side on the other hand is a joke!! It took 4 months and my house was still not complete. I finally had to fire them and have someone else finish up. They would show up one week then the next week not come, no call or txt saying they weren't coming. No communication what so ever. I think I seen the contractor about 5 times through the whole process. He hired a unprofessional unlicensed man to do my laminate flooring and he completely did it wrong. He cut around the door frames leaving big gaps. They always had an excuse for everything and tried to cut corners. Then we came up an agreement as to what they owed me for unfinished job, they signed the agreement I handed them over the check. Now they are saying they are not reimbursing me what we agreed on because half of my deductible was waved in the beginning. They are liers, cheaters, and scam artist. I would NEVER use there services again and EVERY change I get I will tell everyone I come across what a horrible company they are.

This is likely one of the most important reviews I will ever write. Bruce and his whole team are phenomenal. Bruce's knowledge, professionalism and compassion are unparalleled in any industry and unheard of in this one. EVERYONE needs a water/mold inspection and I would not trust anyone else to handle any restoration besides Everclear Environmental. Believe me, we've seen the worst with other companies, and EES was able to reverse it. Our home is finally safe and better than ever, thanks to their care. We are infinitely grateful.

My husband committed suicide by shooting himself with a shotgun. Next to his truck with an open door. The guys came out that night to do the cleanup, so service was fast, and they were very kind. When I finally could get myself to look at the truck after a few weeks, I noticed that there was still a lot of stuff all over the door frame, grab handle, headliner, dash.... in my state of mind at the time, I just couldn't deal with it. About another month later, I was finally able to make myself go out there and clean up the mess that they left behind. Essentially, these guys picked up the bigger pieces, took out the seat cover, and called it good. Then they charged me $450 for the job. Maybe if you can inspect the job before they leave, they'll do better, but in my situation, I couldn't, and it just wasn't good.
