Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything.  Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

We have a 1 year old home in Aubrey, just off the FM 1385. I contacted Legacy after calling 3 other services who refused to come out this far. We were out of Legacy's normal area too, but they said they'd do it. We needed a 1 year service on a tankless hot water system. Johnny was great, on time, looked professional, explained everything he was doing and what we should look for in the future. He was extremely cordial and polite, very thorough.

I heard about Arriaga through the staff at the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce. As an administrator for a life enrichment center for adults with special needs, A dramatic drop in water pressure had us scrambling to figure out where a leak might be. The Wylie Water department identified the area, and John from Arriaga rerouted to our location and assessed the situation. After turning off the water (which was leaking at 27 gallons/minute), he scheduled to have a crew come repair early the next morning. As promised, two members of the crew arrived the next morning and spent the day digging up the leak and basically rebuilding a previously piecemealed repair. I honestly expected a repair bill around $2,500-$3,000. Pleasantly surprised by an invoice for $1,500. Arriaga Plumbing will have my business in the future, both business and residential! Artex Services replaced my sewer line at the end of December. The installation went well except the plumber said he would come back and remove the old concrete sewer line debris. It is now near the end of February and I still have the debris in my backyard. My text messages and emails go unanswered. When I try to call them, all I get is a message saying the voicemail box is full.

During the first snow of 2017 (1/6/17), came home from work to a burst front yard faucet. As you can imagine nearly every place I called gave me the same story, all booked until Monday, except AAA Auger. They put me on their wait list and called back after 3 or so hours to tell me they weren't going to come that night but that they would get to me the next morning. This gave me time to research my issue and by the time the tech showed up I already had the issue excavated and a fix purchased from Home Depot. Best part about my experience was the tech agreed with my solution, cut the pipe and applied the fix (sharkbite cap) in 5-10 min at no charge. He also gave me a quote on putting in a valve box as I live in an older home and the only water shut off to the house is at the street and a pain to get to.

The fact they didn't automatically push my issue to Monday, provided great customer service that kept me in the know of their progress, and an overall great experience till the end; I will definitely call AAA Auger in the future for any other plumbing needs.

Taylor and Kris were awesome.  I needed my garbage disposal replaced and they took care of everything quickly and professionally.  They called before coming out, showed up on time and had everything completed in under an hour.  Great service and will definitely use ABC again

I hired these guys to do a job at my mom's house and they went out there and did the job for me on Father's Day Weekend! It meant the world to me as my mom is elderly and my brother is disabled. They were communicative, efficient friendly AND professional. Seriously 5 star service. I cannot thank them ENOUGH!

Professional, friendly and affordable. I had called two other plumbers and got stood up for my small job. I was running out of time for a shed install and needed sprinkler reroute done quickly. HEB came out in a timely fashion and treated me like I was a valued customer.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

These guys are a joke! They set an appointment for me to be home between 3-5PM. Waited till 5:20 then called to see if they were still going to come. Guy told me he would check with his guy and call me right back. An hour later I called again and was told they could not make it out. They didn't seem too concerned that they had an upset customer. I do not recommend calling these guys.
