The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

My Dad passed away and there were some plumbing problems in the house.  I live in Texas and was given Kenny's name to call.  Kenny and his son came out and fixed all the plumbing issues.  I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - came in below what I had anticipated.  I would highly recommend Kenny's Plumbing.

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything.  Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

We have a 1 year old home in Aubrey, just off the FM 1385. I contacted Legacy after calling 3 other services who refused to come out this far. We were out of Legacy's normal area too, but they said they'd do it. We needed a 1 year service on a tankless hot water system. Johnny was great, on time, looked professional, explained everything he was doing and what we should look for in the future. He was extremely cordial and polite, very thorough.

I heard about Arriaga through the staff at the Rowlett Chamber of Commerce. As an administrator for a life enrichment center for adults with special needs, A dramatic drop in water pressure had us scrambling to figure out where a leak might be. The Wylie Water department identified the area, and John from Arriaga rerouted to our location and assessed the situation. After turning off the water (which was leaking at 27 gallons/minute), he scheduled to have a crew come repair early the next morning. As promised, two members of the crew arrived the next morning and spent the day digging up the leak and basically rebuilding a previously piecemealed repair. I honestly expected a repair bill around $2,500-$3,000. Pleasantly surprised by an invoice for $1,500. Arriaga Plumbing will have my business in the future, both business and residential! I contacted them at 9am and they made a same day appointment for 2pm. Bobby and Bryson were polite, efficient, and gave me great options for my repair. At the end of the day, they saved me both time and money. Will be calling these guys again.

Mark replaced a 75 gallon water heater for us. Did a great job and delivered on time and his price was very reasonable. Much better than bigger outfits.

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. Well, all good things come to an end, sadly.  I had been a satisfied AAA Auger customer for several years, and had appreciated their prompt services at very reasonable prices. All that changed since yesterday.

I called the Irving office yesterday afternoon requesting service to  fix a couple of bathroom faucets. A plumber was dispatched immediately, and after unscrewing the two faucet handle covers, he explained that some parts are missing/broken, and that he will have to get them the next day (i.e., today). He also gave me a price of around $470 for repairing both faucets, and emphasized that if I had to replace the two faucets, the labor charges would have been much more, and how lucky I was that these can be repaired, etc. I swallowed this argument, and agreed.

He showed up today morning with two parts, one for each faucet. They appeared to be two similar looking plastic cylinders with threads on them. It took him about 2-3 minutes to drop in each part into each open faucet handle and screw the faucet covers in. That was it! I was then presented with the bill, in which the parts cost was $22, and the labor was $448.

I had anticipated a complex procedure for repairing the faucets to justify the labor charges, so this bill appeared extremely inflated. I talked to the manager, who gave me a discount of $50, but also gave a lecture on how the bill was very reasonable and that we are paying for the knowledge of a licensed plumber, which naturally will be much higher than general handymen, and so on.

Well, I had hired their licensed plumbers in the past, and they had changed toilets, fixed plumbing leaks, etc., all of which appeared far more complex and laborious. And the charges had never been more than $250 per service call.

After this rip-off, I am looking elsewhere for my plumbing needs.

Really appreciate this company! We've gone through a couple of plumbers and it's been hard to find reliable plumbers and also plumbers that don't just fix what you asked them to fix but make that extra effort to point out something else that could be a problem in the future... that's what I look for in any service provider. Body, Skylar, and Jovi have all been very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. They take their time to get the job done right the first time. I really like the text updates as well as how they take pictures of all their work and parts that they use to keep on file. Prices are also very fair. Will continue to use them for my plumbing needs!

I got an appointment scheduled quickly and the guys were on time and nice but they were very slow and it was very expensive. Took 2 and a half hours to replace only two valves and weren't even able to fix one of the issues. They nickel and dime you on equipment charges, travel, etc.

Great job at the best value! Had a supply valve issue and it was solved within the hour. Service provided was fast and of great quality

Tyson Beall came to our home to check our water heater. Tyson was very friendly and profession. He gave us the quotes for our new water heater and explained all the detail very well.

Tyson was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about the different water heating systems. If we choose to get a new water heater, we hope he returns to do the install.

They showed up on time and worked hard. My house was a complicated complete sewage line replacement and it seems like everything is good. We had one small issue about 2 months after and they came out immediately and fixed the problem.
