Best Air Duct Cleaning in Fort Worth TX
Just a lead farm for independent plumbers. I called this morning requesting a service call for a water softener. I explained the problem in detail. They said they would call back when they had checked their schedule for availability. I got a call back from a different number, seemed like might not have been the same person, but since I had only called one plumber, I figured it had to be the same guy. We spoke and agreed on a 5PM service call to work on my water softener. I took photos of the unit and sent a detailed text, to which he confirmed. They said someone would be here at 5PM.
5:15 PM no one is here, no ones has called, so I call them back, they said they would call the technician and call me right back. At 5:35PM, still no call back. I call again the technician is wrapping up another job, he'll be right there 5:45PM the technician calls me and says...so what are we doing today, installing a water filter? I said no, you're repairing a water softener...I sent pictures and a detailed explanation to your boss. oh, well we don't really do that, there must have been a miscommunication So I call the number of the guy I have been texting with...and he sends me to voicemail. I text him letting him know what happened and asking for an update. He responds I'll call you in 1 minute well, that was almost 30 minutes ago. I would avoid these guys like the plague.

Toilets overflowing and shower backing up. 2:00 in the afternoon. Am I going to be able to find a plumber? PROBLEM RESOLVED....I called Northwest Plumbing. Denise answered the phone immediately which was great. Denise worked me in and 2 hours later Ryan was at our home clearing our drain. Ryan also pinpointed damage that had been done by a contractor. I definitely recommend Northwest for plumbing issues.

I have never been so aggravated over needing a question answered Alejandro which obviously answers for several locations she repeatedly said could not answer one question is this regular business hours on the weekend? Is there a extra fee for having you come out on the weekends? These were questions that she could not answer she could not answer what kind of safety precautions we are taking because of the covid19 spread at this time you have a great day and I will not refer or call back to your business

Rescue Air made sure we got service the same day we called after a 110 degree heat index weekend. Their customer support and dispatch team are amazing. Nelson Sosa, one of their new techs, came out the same day we called and was kind, smart and called his supervisor to double-check his work to ensure we got the right advice and help to get the AC working again. Left our home at 9pm, so their claim to work all hours is true. Thanks, Nelson and the entire Rescue Air team!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

I am selling my house and if that isn't enough stress, I get the inspection report and there are a few issues. I live out of state and after a few calls to companies that were NO WHERE NEAR Denton, I called Force Home Services and spoke to Lisa. She's Amazing! They are locally owned and could schedule 2 separate services (Plumbing & AC) the next day. It took extra effort but Brad and Kevin (plumbers) located parts needed to complete the job. Came back the same day and finished. Also, big thanks Travis. The AC guys, Johnmark & Emanuel also made sure everything would be completed on the same day. I highly recommend Force Home Services. Courteous and professional and get the job DONE. All this at a very reasonable price. Thanks to all of you...

When we found a leak in our shower we looked for a plumber on yelp and decided to give Tiho a call.
Tiho came the same day to look at our shower. He was punctual and friendly. He looked at our situation (which was pretty severe) and gave us an explanation of what exactly was happening with the leak and what it would take to fix it. He took the time to explore different options and answer any questions that we had about each process. He is very honest.
Unfortunately, we didn't end up going with Tiho as we ended up finding a more practical solution, but I would totally call him back for any future plumbing needs.

We have a home warranty but we had to wait several days for our appointment. I was getting nervous about all the noises I was hearing from my water heater. I began looking for a company that could come out right away and advise whether I could wait for the appointment or if we were in the middle of an 'emergency'.
I appreciated the speed of their response which was less than 15 minutes. I also appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. They ended up telling me that I could wait for the warranty appointment and made me feel better about my water heater not causing some calamity in my home.
I recommend this company.

A thankless job
I want to start out by saying I had high expectations for Cody & Sons as their reviews reflect excellent customer service as well as excellent productivity. However, my experience was none of the sort. I reached out to Cody & Sons on Friday May 1, 2020 because of the random faint smell of sewer in my home. A pretty straightforward conversation was held via text message that resulted in me providing my information through email to schedule an appointment for that following Tuesday May 5, 2020 between the hours of 1-5pm.
Now because we are ALL going through trying times, I felt compelled to let the company know as I was booking my appointment (on May 1st) that I am a ICU nurse and I can provide mask if needed. Never once did anyone reach out to me regarding this information.
Fast forward to Tuesday May 5 approximately 2:07 in the afternoon, I called to make sure someone was still coming out and the representative I spoke with over the phone confirmed as well as a separate text message came through confirming the appointment.
About an hour later I received a phone call from Randy who identified himself as the owner. Randy told me none of his technicians felt comfortable coming to my home to fulfill the service because I AM A NURSE. Being a nurse is the most thankless job next to law enforcement. I work OVERNIGHT managing very critical patients with life altering medications, bathing, soothing both patient and family, as well as dealing with the anxiety of bringing ANYTHING home to my toddler and husband. The last thing I was ever worried about was being discriminated against because of my line of work.
Randy felt comfortable enough with the response from his 12 technicians to call me and let me know no one was coming out. This was about the only thing honorable with this experience. This encounter followed with two phone calls from two different technicians saying they didn't know about the appointment, which I kindly let one of them know I made this appointment last week. We are now at 3 pm during the scheduled time a technician was suppose to be here. So at this point I am insulted and disappointed in the community I serve.
I PROUDLY work the frontlines and will continue to work the frontlines. But I want to say this, NURSES, practice with the utmost precaution. I can't say the same about the person next to you at the grocery store, gas station, or the person you handed your card to while paying for your food.

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

I selected Mars services based on their yelp review and Rene, the electrician, went above and beyond our expectation from timely update on ETA, realistic estimate for the # of hours to complete the job to actually completing the job. If you are looking for exceptional service for electric work, look no further.

I hate to leave bad reviews but when large sums of money are involved I feel I should put it out there in order to protect those who might be more naive.
Our heating went out and we called out this company. The technician was friendly , polite and on time. He checked out our heating. Within minutes it was diagnosed and he needed this part and that part and it was going to be $1900.
He was given his call out fee and his services were no longer required.
You see while I may have paid that amount because I knew no better, my husband is way more technical and already knew all the prices for factory new parts. While he could not figure out exactly what was wrong with the heating, he certainly knew what it wasn't and the technician was way off.
Needless to say we called in another company . The defect did not require any expensive parts and it was a quick, cheap and easy job.
Incompetent or greedy/ unethical?
Not sure it matters because all are equally as bad.
I beleive the owners when they say they want to provide great customer service. They want to succeed after all but gouging customers might present a short term yield through those who know no better and go ahead and pay up but its not good long term business.
If the technicians are working on a commission basis that might need a rethink.

I see that good reviews were years ago. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this company. They are attentive and quick but purposefully inaccurate and upselling on unneeded repairs and equipment. We had our AC ducts cleaned. After water started leaking from our ceiling directly under the unit in the attic only 3 weeks after the cleaning and being told we needed a additional outside unit repairs at $300 and a new coil that would cost us $3,000 we got a second opinion. And there is nothing wrong with the coil or the unit. There even appears to be purposeful mishandling of our AC to cause the leak. We will also report to better business bureau. I feel taken advantage of and swindled. Please beware of bait and switch. And stay with the technician if you do hire them. I did not. Lesson learned.

We are running away from Hobson Air/Comfort Experts... Called them last week to let them know my unit quit working so they say that'll be $69 when I say doesn't it have a tuneup on it she says yes it does, tech comes out says capacitor is our charges us 300 for $65 part. Tech then says that's not all seems you have other issues an he can fix it for $900 + an no he couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't go out in a couple of months that it would be a bandaid fix an we could look at replacing this unit @ $6000+. Husband said no do not pay them the $900, we will get another opinion . Still don't have ac after one week an we are both seeing red after all the money (29 a month for 2 yrs) we've paid them only to go thru bs when temps are in the 90s. We are done!

I called them on a Sunday and they came that afternoon. The drain was plugged and they needed to clean it out twice but clearly explained what was happening. I have a maintenance agreement with them, so most of of the fees were covered. Juan did a great job. Thanks
